Pre-booking was a nightmare
It was a nightmare to get out, despite the fact that I scanned my ticket at the paying machine and getting the ticket approved. I got stuck at the exit 4 in Liverpool One, the machine asked me to pay for the parking again. I pressed the assistance button and nobody replied. I called the number listed on the exit gate, and a lady told me to press the assistance button and put the phone down, without waiting for me to explain that I did this already. I left my car at the exit 4, where other cars where queuing behind me to get out, and walked to the office on the floor 3. Nobody was there. I came back to my car, pressed all the assistance button on all the exits and nobody answered. I called the number again where the same lady told me to drive to another exit and try again, without realising that it was a one way system, where did she want me to drive? I put my husband on the phone and I was transferred to someone in Leicester who simply, remotely, lifted the gate. Something that the lady who put the phone down on me in the first place could have done to avoid all this stress. I will never ever use this system again and never ever park in your overpriced carpark, left to be a no man's land, with appalling customer service. How your team abandoned us at the exit with people getting frustrated behind us was unbelievably rude.
Be Careful booking !
Just tried to book for Leeds City Centre - entered arrival time after noon today and leaving before 1500 price £7 site also says they have evening parking special offer for £7 - paid - received confirmation i had booked for the evening parking. Contacted them and they agreed that the site nowhere tells me the times i wanted were not available but as most people book the previous day it was probably full and so they had offered me their best alternative so no refund ! i said it was not clear before paying that the evening deal was anything other than information as clearly no use to me. Looking elsewhere i see even if i had taken out cancellation waiver at extra cost it would have done me no good ( although they still offered it within 24 hrs of booking ! ) . i was advised i could park in the hours i wanted by paying £25 on entry - i declined but asked how if there were no spots available .. I gave up but thought you should know .
Manchester ,st James street car park…
Manchester ,st James street car park ,car broken into ,asked them to review the CCTV and was told I was parked on a blind spot for cameras ,all doors are secure ,which means they either Know who done it ,or don’t care,£25 a day for this ,Best of it is I’ve got a client who has asked me where to Park ,certainly won’t be Q Park
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!! I was charged £11.50 for 3 hours and 4 mins. Parked in Hanover Street Liverpool. Beware everybody if you go over 1 minute past the hour. You will be charged a full hour parking. When I complained I was told it was my fault for being 4 mins late back. JUST RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!
Profitteering off covid-19
Wouldn't freeze season pass due to the covid 19 lockdown, and the car park actually being closed. Had to find some obscure link to request it was frozen, but support refuse to backdate it.
Awful company profitteering off covid-19.
Charged twice!!!
Just found out today, after checking my bank account, that on the 9/3/20 I was charged £4.60 twice for parking for just over an hour at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham!!!!! They must make appt of money on this little scam!!!!!
BEWARE OF CANCELLATION WAIVER
BEWARE OF CANCELLATION WAIVER. They charge you extra for this but fail to mention anywhere on their website that that only is applicable until midnight of the night before. When I called customer service they made no offer to make an exception. I will never park with them again.

Much for all your help
😃 excellent customer service
Our first visit to Liverpool.
We parked at Liverpool One over the weekend and returned on Monday morning to find the lifts not working and the stairs cordoned off and realised there was flooding on level 1 where we had left our car. After a few minutes of panic as we had to return to Cornwall, we were helped by Ste G who escoretd my husband with bin liners in hand to retrieve the car. Ste and also Mark on the customer desk were really helpful and consoling and absolutely deserve a mention. Luckily our car was okay and we were able to return home safely. Thanks guys, great ambassadors of the friendly helpful people in Liverpool.

The first floor of the car park was flooded on Sunday so it was closed for safety reasons. A lovely member of staff Steven G was extremely helpful as he drove us down to our cars and provided us with bags to keep our clothing dry. Thank you for your help!
Swindlers
Swindlers . Booked a 5 day pass only to find it was once in once out. Absolute rogues. Try and find the warden btw
So many bad reviews 🤔
Only read reviews after booking, so many bad reviews, I see why
Short notice needed to cancel booking.
Q.Park refused to refund even though cancellation waiver paid as less than 24 hours notice
Unable to contact firm outside office hours although they did reply to email saying
No refund. I would have thought at least half price refund would have been reasonable
Would be dubious about using them again
A big scam
A big scam. No signs where to pay, had to spend 10 minutes walking around several floors to find the machine. Once I found it I realised I had to type registration number, apparently I typed my other cars reg number. Later I got 398 kr fine, that the forced me to pay even though I could prove I made the payment and I used to own the car that I paid for. I cant believe that a company with this reputation doesnt get regulated or banned from cities when scamming people. I guess my case is not the worst, after reading a few.
Prebooked space at Birmingham
Prebooked space at Birmingham. Realised when leaving that would have been cheaper to pay on the day. Prebooking Barcode didn’t work on exit and had to wait 20 minutes for an attendant. Customer service team useless.
Will avoid in the future.
Avoid these charlatans at all costs if…
Avoid these charlatans at all costs if possible - nothing but thieves running a scam. They have a massive sign overloaded with info at the entrance with big bold writing with all the prices etc, then a bunch of small print underneath. Amongst this small print is a statement that they do not accept cash inside. If you dont stop your car at the entrance and read the small print, and you dont have a card on you, youre then trapped inside. I was told to phone someone i knew or accost a fellow motorist and have them pay for me. The other alternative was to leave my car racking up parking fees and head off in the rain with £3 in my pocket miles from anywhere. The police confirmed they can not keep and individual or your property there but they challenged me to have the police attend. Rather than faff around and stoop to their level some kind gentleman eventually did pay for me, by which point im extremely late for my next appointment and having to accept charity because the ticket was over £5 by then, I only had £3 as was only supposed to be parked for 10 mins (£2.80/ hour). They should have a huge statement you cant miss saying they dont accept cash, not a tiny statement lost in a bunch of other information, i wouldnt have gone in if they had, but they obviously know this. Contrary to what the simpleton on the other end of the help intercom said, this must happen every day there and they absolutely must be aware their sign is not fit for purpose. Avoid this money trap like the plague.
Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague! Diabolical customer service. Paid in advance but voucher wouldn't work. Answerphone on emergency customer service telephone which is really helpful. No car park attendant. Ended up paying again. Emailed customer service who couldn't care less and refused to refund me. 5 hours parking ended up costing £20 and they really didn't care. Car park stank. Toilets were disgusting. Cannot think of anything good about the experience.
Rip-off prices with appalling customer service
St Johns Centre, Leeds - Incredibly overpriced and tatty car park with very narrow corners making it pretty tricky if you have a big car. Parked there the other day and the fancy new contactless exit machine didn't work - kept asking me to tap my card and then eventually told me to insert the card instead. By the time it eventually let me out I'd slipped into another overpriced hour by seconds. Noone there working to speak to. Customer Service couldn't care less despite it being a quick and simple process to refund the additional hour. How you can justify no staff and faulty machines with the prices charged here is nuts. Ended up costing me £9.80 for two hours parking. Insane. Reached out to CS on Twitter and promptly got blocked! CS is as shoddy as the rest of their service it seems.
Shameful!
First of all , we arrived at the parking and none of the spaces were free even though we booked it in advance . Tried calling assistant button no answer on any of the machine , then rang the number lady from customer service kept telling us we need to ring button and then was cutting the phone off after about 5 phone calls she said the spaces aren’t always guaranteed at the car park which we weren’t aware off! There were spaces in the car park with info reserved therefore I am pretty sure one of them was ours ! We were then told to get out of the car park and someone will raise the barrier for us so we don’t have to pay , again no one answered the assistance button , another payment of £2 has been taken for each car ! We spent £30 each on patrol to get to Manchester from Doncaster to see fireworks which we haven’t seen and had to go back as no alternative car park was free , lost £90 in the end and 4 hours drive all together for nothing! Absolutely disgusting service , never again will book ! Expecting refund for the tickets and petrol which we lost our money for , not even talking about the time and how much stress it’s caused us !
