Nathan made the whole thing great

Nathan made the whole thing great. This wasn’t a simple install and it did involve me getting into the extreme extremities of the loft to feed cables to the other side of the house. Nathan was great, gave great instructions and explained how the whole system worked.

We spoke about life and our mutual love of South Africa and Zim. The dogs, chickens, horses and the cat all loved him.

Well done Quickline. He’s a keeper.

Kieran S from Quickline was brilliant…

Kieran S from Quickline was brilliant at resolving our issue. Very thorough and informative. Moving to Quickline in March has been the best thing we did. After years of dreadful internet connectivity we can now rely on a service. The slight problem we experienced was very quickly rectified with excellent customer service at the end of the phone and then the visit from the engineer Kieran. Would highly recommend Quickline

Excellent Engineer Bobby

We are very rural and rely on Wi-Fi as there is no mobile service. Our internet connection was lost unexpectedly, which was a nightmare!
Today Bobby was our saviour, he was precise & professional in locating the issue. (A mouse munched its way through the cable!) He’s an absolute credit to Quickline and thanks to him our connection to the outside world has been reconnected.
