Very help full and polite lady on the other end of the phone helping with the questions I asked , was able to reduce the cost of my insurance premium very little loss of cover 🙂. The only down side of things was the time it took to listen to the legal jargon ( about underwriters ,etc,etc , just to speak someone about renewing my car insurance.
