Fathers Day Disappointment!!

My sons took me out to our local Red Lobster for Fathers Day. Got there at approximately 6:30 pm and waited until tight at 8 pm for our meal to hit the table. Right away I noticed my lobster tail did not in any way resemble a lobster tail. Then realized everything on my plate was less than luke warm. Both my sons were the same. The crab "Cluster" on my plate was missing 2 of the legs. Called for a manager and he offered to "Remake" our meal. I told him no that we weren't waiting another hour and a half for an expensive sub-par meal. Paid for our drinks and left. NEVER AGAIN, Red Lobster!!!

Great value

Had a great meal at a reasonable price. Drinks are cheap too. Shame they are in administration hope they survive.

Tried the shrimp sampler 3 for $20

Tried the shrimp sampler 3 for $20. They had to be the smallest shrimp I’ve ever seen. Don’t order this item huge rip off Then cheated $2.49 for a side salad as one of my sides I selected. It’s lettuce.

More like what went right

More like what went right! I can tell you exactly why they're going out of business and it has nothing to do with shrimp. We got to the restaurant we're seated immediately with almost nobody in the restaurant. Mind you, this is Friday at 7:00 p.m. it took more than 10 minutes for them to come take our drink order. We didn't receive our drinks for another 10 minutes. We ordered 20 minutes after getting there including an appetizer. We did not receive an appetizer. The cheddar bay biscuits were not real. I don't know if they were frozen but they aren't the old biscuits. No extra buttery grease type of stuff all over your fingers that you're wiping off for 2 weeks after. No little chunks of cheddar cheese barely hanging on. They were terrible and we didn't get them for more than 25 minutes. We were brought one cool basket after our food came. My wife ordered a steak medium well and received it medium rare at best. After eating we waited 10 minutes for the waiter. We asked for a ticket. Mind you we already didn't receive our appetizer and no drink refills were offered. Instead of bringing us a ticket he waited 5 minutes went and took another order and then went and flirted with the waitress while I went outside so mad and my wife got up to get our ticket. This was the worst experience at any restaurant I have ever had and by the way the scallops were fake. That's right 100% fake not real scallops some kind of stuff thrown together I've been eating scallops for 50 years plus. The worst service the dirtiest restaurant tables dirty with nobody hardly in the restaurant. There may have been 10 tables of customers while we were there. That's the Red lobster on 13th Street in Columbus Georgia.

We were seated at a table and waited…Lack of Service.

We were seated at a table and waited for 10 minutes. No one took our drink order or came to our table. I got up to ask if anyone was going to wait on us; no one came to our table. I waited 5 more minutes and got up and talked to one of the waiters. I explained what was going on and he immediately waited on us. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager came to our table and apologized for the inconvenience. The place was almost empty and I let him know there was no reason to make us wait. He agreed and offered us an entry. The place was about 90% empty and several workers were present. I don't understand the reason for the lack of service. We will not be going back to Red Lobster. If it wasn't for the young man that jumped up to wait on us, we would have walked out and gone next door.

Best rolls/scones/muffins ever…

Best rolls/scones/muffins I have ever eaten in my life! Very nice waitress and management at Overland Park location. They could clean the recently vacated tables sooner, but that's all.

I hadn't been to Red Lobster in decades, and I was completely surprised and happy about the service and quality of food!

BAD BIRTHDAY

BAD BIRTHDAY
Took my Granddaughter to her favorite restaurant Red Lobster for her 10th birthday. They were OUT of popcorn shrimp, she settled for chicken nuggets. I told the server we were celebrating a 10th birthday and the server told us they were OUT of ice cream. The quality of service and food selections has become very disappointing - just shut down. Your time has come and gone.

Ate at Red Lobster in Littleton

Ate at Red Lobster in Littleton. Food was good but ticket came back with recommendations for the tip. The suggestions said 20% was a certain amount. After looking at receipt when I got home, it was actually DOUBLE, 40%. Do your own math because you can't trust restaurants!!

Excellent meal and service

Shayna at Red Lobster in Hickory was so friendly, attentive, and excellent in every way possible. Delicious food and the greatest service! Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

We enjoy the Tucson South location at…

We enjoy the Tucson South location at 5315 South Santa Cruz, Tucson, AZ.
We enjoy sitting in the lounge. We are very
unhappy that Red Lobster has discontinued the kiosk service at each table. For those not savvy with scanning and using cell phones for rewards.
Our server, Susan, was very helpful. She was friendly and the service was wonderful. She actually took the time to download the app on my phone and show me how to scan the bar code to make sure we received the credit for the money spent on dinner. Red Lobster needs more employees like Susan!

Red Lobster

Red Lobster, Branson, MO. I would love to know how the food is but, after a 40 minute wait to be seated (many empty tables), then a 50 minute wait for food after ordering, we'll never know. We finally walked out. Olive Garden across the road had us seated and served in 20 minutes even though they were busy.

Poor Service, rude waitstaff

My wife and I intended on having dinner at Red Lobster in Fremont, CA on February 24, 2024. We did not have a reservation and were told there was an hour's wait, which we accepted. We waited at the bar hoping to have a drink and appetizer. We waited for about 30 minutes for service, but received none...the bartender never appeared, but waitstaff often appeared to prepare drinks for customers already seated. We flagged one of those waitstaff and asked her to prepare drinks for us. She said she was too busy. We waited another 15 minutes, then left the restaurant to have dinner elsewhere. I have never been at a restaurant with a bar with no bartender. We will never visit Red Lobster again.

My husband and I enjoyed dinner this…

My husband and I enjoyed dinner this evening at Red Lobster in Novi, Michigan. We had a very pleasant dining experience from the moment we arrived until we walked out the door. Hunter, the greeter was very friendly and accommodating. He gave us our expected wait time and an update after a few minutes of waiting. Our server, Ellie was knowledgeable, professional and served us with care. She made us feel like she was genuinely glad to serve us. When we informed Ellie that it had been a while since we dined at Red Lobster, she took the time to review the menu with us and answered our questions with delight. The selection of food was awesome. Jeffrey, the manager, was personable. He made sure we were completely satisfied! Our meal was scrumptious! We will definitely return to Red Lobster. The team members we encountered were amazing!

Last year I went and I could not fault…

Last year I went and I could not fault the food. But I visited two weeks ago. I was very dissapointed. The food overall was not very good. They had a tray to collect used dishes it was unsanitary. The kitchen staff walking about in soiled aprons. The whole atmosphere was unpleasant. The curried goat was tasteless. The sweet and sour chicken was not what it use to be, even the colour was a turnoff the oisters in shells was under-cooked. It was just a terrible meal. The management needs to review of this restaurant. I would not visit again unless I hear changes are made.

When I got here I order a root beer to…

When I got here I order a root beer to be told there wasn’t any then I order mozzarella sticks right after my drink order so I place my food order 10mins later just for a the waitress to ask me if we order mozzarella stick and then I hear them tell another table that they are so sorry about there food delay it will be out soon they’ve been here for 45mins now. As being a wait out of my 8yrs I’ve never experienced that hope yall can get this place back together!
