I ordered flowers from the UK to a hospital in the Netherlands, I didn’t have the full address, I contacted customer services and they went above & beyond to help me with the correct address & to ensure my order was delivered. I will definitely use this company again.

Update; 26 January; My flower has still not been delivered. Customer service says the florist couldn't find the company I was sending to. Like a joke. What a disgrace. On top of that, they still haven't returned my money.

On January 24, I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's first business day from this flower delivery site. My order number is 561817. It was promised by the website that the flowers will be delivered on 25 January during working hours. I contacted customer service around 15:00 Dutch time on January 25th. It was said that there is a high volume of orders and that the flowers will be delivered within working hours. I called my girlfriend in the evening. The flowers were not delivered. This site both took my money and didn't deliver the flower.

So after my payment was declined on most of the NL flower delivery sites i ended up finding Regiobloemist where i had no issues with the payment. I ordered flowers for someone very special to me and everything was perfect. The flowers arrived fresh and nicely packed . So if you're looking to order flowers for the loved ones Regiobloemist is the place to go . Keep up the good work and thank you for making this possible !

bouquets were by far prettier and
more appealing than all the others.
I chose pink and white roses with
wax flowers and lovely greens.
I ordered medium and my friend
sent me two photos as the bunch
was so generous that she put
them in two vases! She also said
they were so fresh. I think the
price was very reasonable and
delivery was perfect. I have no

The bouquet my friend received was absolutely beautiful and well put together. The order came on the date delivered and the customer services team were extremely responsive throughout to answer any of my questions.

Very impressed by service, communication and professionalism. I ordered a bouquet for friends moving in to a new house. They were late moving in and the local agent was unable to make the delivery as there was no one to take receipt. Regiobloemist were quick to contact me explaining the situation and communicated with me regularly making sure that delivery was made although the problem was not of their doing. Also they were happy to communicate with me in English which (to my shame) was necessary. Happy to recommend.
