Amazinzing experience with the company, on time delivery and also recieved help and further information as I needed it. Will continue as their customer also in the future.

I ordered flowers for my Sister's Birthday to be delivered on the day of 21st December. She received a really beautiful bouquet on that day even though Covid restrictions had been increased that previous weekend.

I used Regiobloemist Nederland last Christmas and the service and flowers were excellent too. I will look forward with confidence to using this service again.

Amazing service... ordered late one evening and the flowers were delivered before lunchtime the next day... beautiful flowers. My friend was delighted and I would highly recommend...

Fast and Efficient Service
We have family in Bilthoven, Utrecht NL and last week Family advised of a dear uncle had passed away. Being half way around the world in Australia, we came across Regiobloemist online who had an easy to navigate website with fantastic images of flowers. We were able to organise same delivery of a beautiful flower display for family. You provided some joy for them on a week of sadness. Thank you.

I was nervous sending flowers to the Netherlands but they were amazing . My son and his girlfriend were thrilled

they have the best service ever and it’s my first time to actually order oversea and they didn’t disappoint me. the orchids was beyond expectations and i do love how they meet it.

I found good reviews online thats why i thought to give it a try. I ordered a flower with pot as birthday gift. I ordered few days in advance to make sure it arrives on time. Unfortunately it did not. Not just that it did no t arrive at all, it seems the parcel was delieved at wrong address. For a service that deals with gifts its very important to pay attention to delivery time othwrwise dont promise to deliver anything. Very bad experience, on top of 3 days delay, the whole gift was not found nor dropped at correct address.

Needed help when checking out and got a response and follow up pretty quickly and was then able to resolve it. Thanks!

- the lilies were all closed, the bouquet did not look great
- the bouquet looks totally different than on the picture
- bad price-value ratio

The person viewing my case (Aylin) was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. The flowers got to the recipient fast and in good state.

Chose the flowers, wine and choccies package. Flowers were gorgeous and exactly as advertised, but unfortunately the choccies were mistakenly left off. I emailed the company, got an immediate response, apologies and the choccies were delivered the very same day and absolutely delicious. Will definitely use again.

Bad service overall
Seems they outsource to local florist who claim to deliver outside the door and nothing present.
Sent me an email saying delivered when it wasn’t
Say they redelivered and recipient was home all day and no one came through.
Got fed-up after this and requested a refund which was declined

I ordered flowers for my Aunt in Rotterdam on the Sunday and they were successfully delivered the next day. She was pleased with what she received. It was a fair price, with nice extras you can add on and the website was easy to use. This was my first time using the company, so I was hesitant at first, but I would certainly use them again without hesitation. I'd highly recommend. A very positive experience.

Great company! I've send flowers to my mom in Groningen for mothers day. The flowers where beautiful and my mom was happy. Had a small issue before delivery but that got solved really quick. Very friendly customer service. This is my new go to florist!

I recently ordered 2 bouquets for my in-laws in the Netherlands.
Pros: quick and easy ordering process. Delivery was in time.
Cons: The flowers my family received looked underwhelming and more like 2 cheap bunches from the supermarket, loosely packed together. The flowers quality and density are far different from what is advertised on their website. I understand flowers are subject to market availability but the replaced varieties should at least be equivalent. The roses even looked a bit old. They should just replace those dashing pictures on their website with pictures of the real bouquets they actually provide to customers. Shame I can’t post some pictures so others would know what to expect

Had a wonder experience with them with instant email confirmation immediately after booking. Once delivered another email confirmation for delivery. Flowers looked exactly like the one in pictures.
