Very good parts from this company every time. Also, their customer service backup is excellent;?Ellie is on the ball and sorts any concerns. They offer a free return in case of any problems. I really recommend them for technicians looking for parts as it can be hard to find!

Waited for an email to say order had been dispatched but never received it and then package rocked up two days later. Replaced phone with new touch screen but it is faulty and doesn't work. Have emailed but had no response, need a replacement screen sending out ASAP!

Great to be able to purchase genuine Apple parts at a reasonable cost. Arrived swiftly and came with a new screen gasket for install.

Wrong part sent, on investigation they fond all stock that I needed was incorrect, they couldn't rectify the issues and had to refund me,
I was Inconvenienced, I finally got the part elsewhere it wasted a week of my time

Great company with everything I needed. Needed a replacement watch face and ordered the wrong one initially. No hesitation in replacing although I did have to chase hence why they dropped 1 star. Parts arrived quickly and well packed. I was a bit worried to take my laptop apart but a few videos convinced me I could do it, and I am really glad I did.
I am not sure the speakers are of quite the same quality as original but are perfectly usable and at £12 for a set, just great value. My Mac had become unusable for Zoom calls etc so overall I am very happy and would recommend this company.
UPDATE- I now know that the fault in my Mac is not due to the speakers, it is caused by a logic board fault. Accordingly, I cannot comment on their quality.
