I ordered a replacement battery for my old iPod touch, I was dubious about this but I needn't have been. Checked a few times before ordering and when ordered the communications were great. Super fast delivery and the iPod is up and playing again which is brilliant as I now don't need to take my phone.

I have given a 4 due to intial issues with the autobot. It confused and complicated my order. This resulted in me being cut-off from the conversation - 2x. However, once the issues was sorted, RB sorted things out and got my order to me. It arrived next day. Also, due to the initial issues, I was given a retrospective discount by RB. The part ordered is genuine Apple and does the job perfectly.

My battery arrived quickly and very professionally packaged! It was inside an anti-static bag and had plenty of padding for its journey. I'd been previously ripped off (from a different seller!) with a counterfeit battery (I had no idea those were a thing), so it was a relief to find a proper one. It even comes with a sensible amount of adhesive (covered with a peelable layer like a sticker), unlike the pointlessly thick gobbets that came with my phone's original battery. This was just what I needed to keep my dying phone alive long enough to get everything I needed off it, and much cheaper than having to resort to a data recovery service. I also appreciated that DPD was the courier instead of Yodel or Evri.
