Very good replacement power pack for our old Switch. Works as stated and have no issues. Delivery was quick and cannot complain about price as a new one would cost a lot more.

Ordered a new screen for a Huaweii watch. A bit concerned that it would not fit my version, but ordered anyway. Arrived quickly, well packaged and relieved to find the screen was an exact match. Fitted without problem and now a £200 watch is fully functional at a cost of £30. Will definitely recommend this company and will refer to them when I next need any spare parts for my electronic equipment.

Web site easy to navigate. I ordered a part costing 37p! which can't have been worth the effort of posting for the company. The order was shipped immediately with no fuss. The only thing to mention is that I could only order one of this product, (iPhone battery connector), due to a hiccup on the ordering system.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend you purchase items from this company. Tried to buy a PSU for an Xbox one that was described as genuine, original and had been taken directly from a new Xbox. It turned out to be none of these things.

When it arrived it was very clearly a knockoff made in China. You can clearly tell this from the packaging the box arrived in which was also damaged itself, suggesting the knockoff wasn't even new. What's more is that it didn't even function as intended as it does not supply the Xbox with enough power.

I will say that I spoke with Charlie on their live chat function and they were very quick to agree and say that it wasn't genuine and their might be some stock issues with their warehouse. Unfortunately I have still not heard back regarding my refund, last I heard it was very likely the item was advertised incorrectly on their website.

Therefore, I have to suggest you be very careful buying products from this company as it seems you may not always get what you pay for. While I imagine I will eventually get my money. The waste of time this has all been to have to constantly contact them and also to eventually return it has been very disappointing.

Unfortunately the battery I was sent ,was a dud.they will have to investigate from the supplier how this happened. I'm just glad I was able to get a refund without fighting. Guess its just the world we live in today.

Received there wrong screen due to a picking error. After a quick conversation and an email I received a returns label for the return and 2 days later the correct screen arrived.
Well handled, I just wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me. definitely would use these guys again.

Arrived quickly & well packaged. The screen was for an iPhone 11, it fit with no problem’s, was of good quality and everything worked as it should.

I needed a replacement battery for my Garmin Fenix 5 Plus watch and found Replace Base through a google search. After watching a couple of YouTube videos the process looked straight forward enough so I purchased a replacement battery which comes with a watch back as well. This made the replacement very straight forward, remove 4 T6 screws in the back of the watch, disconnect the old battery and connect the new one. Done! Only took 10min and now my watch has gone from needing a charge every 2-3 days to 2 weeks!
Very prompt delivery from ReplaceBase and I noticed that the battery was also branded Garmin (watch out for the cheap generic batteries). All in all very happy.
