Ordered size according to chart still too small when received. Contacted Rikki but no reply. After several attempts they offered 15% off but told me to keep product. Went out of their way to avoid giving me return address. Would not accept return! The info they provide online and in the merchandise box is not legit. Will not work! What good is it to save on an item you cant wear?!!!

My package never arrived and I never received my money back, discussing during months and nothing solved.

Horrible. Stuff is nothing like the pictures. Horrible quality I received it an just threw threw crap away. Will never buy from again an stay away. Rip off !!!

I ordered boots and of course it took 2 weeks for them to come but when they were delivered i was at work and when i got home they were not there. the tracking states they were delivered so i emailed rikkishop and of course that's the only way to communicate with them (BAD) they replied asking me to verify my address and delivery information and i did, that was the last time i heard from them i emailed them 4 times after that and they have been ignoring my elmails, i told them i DO NOT want my money back i only WANT MY BOOTS. NO REPLY!! this is BAD BUSINESS, i've worked for a Manufacturing for 20 years and if i would have treated a customer this way i would have lost my job no questions asked. Everyone knows this stealing from peoples porches is happening way too much. IF THIS CASE WASN'T REAL, I WOULDN'T BE ASKING FOR ANOTHER PAIR I WOULD BE ASKING FOR A REFUND.

-Rikkishop took 6 weeks to ship 4 items
-All four items are labeled as "MissLook"
-0 of the 4 items matched the measurements for their sizing online. One (a 5x Coat) claimed a 51" bust on the website. Upon delivery and measuring it, it would fit a 39" bust.
-0 of the 4 items matched the imagery or specifications on the website. One coat was shown as: Embroidered, with a full lining. It was sublimated graphics of a PHOTO of the embroidery on a single panel sublimated layer.
-They have a 15% restocking fee EVEN if you cancel before they ship an item.
-To return an item, you must pay shipping, and chances are they will not even reply to you to give you instructions to return.

STAY AWAY. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered 4 gloves 4 weeks ago and got emails saying they had shipped but I still haven't seen any product. I am very disappointed and leary that they will arrive at all.

It has now been 2 months. Two pairs arrived but I haven't seen the other two. I would avoid this vendor.

Ruffled blouses never go old. My favorites would be those in shades of white and black, they can easily be paired up with any bottoms in my closet.

Beware of this company. They are scammy and operate under several names like Rikkishop, Anniecloth and Comfyfree. They had to settle with my credit card company due to their dodgy practices. Their clothes are poor quality, poorly fitting and not accurately represented on their websites. They also didn't send the entire order. Read other negative reviews to see the trend and avoid this company.

This is the worst experience I have had purchasing something online. There was a hole in one of the shirts and they blamed it on the shipping company and told me they will give me 15% back. Do not buy anything on this site. The clothes are not the same as what you get.

I have ordered about 7 times already my last order was 4/12/17. I really lover all there clothing. I wish they would allow for people to post picture of the product but over all I have had no issue with there clothes. Great quality and quick shipping as well. Of course if you order during holiday time will take time but besides that quick shipping.
