DO NOT BUY from these people. I ordered the 4th of February. It is now April. Taken my money when they had no stock. Will not reply to my emails for a refund.Their tracking says still in China.Four weeks ago.

Horrible customer service and return policy. My mom bought me boots for Christmas and when they arrived they were 3 sizes too small. There was no receipt or return/refund info in the package so I paid to have them returned to the address on the package. They told my mom they only accepted returns to China and therefore since we didn't return to the right location she wouldn't get a refund. I should also mention that I looked on their website first before returning and there was no address or details posted for returns. Do NOT shop here!

they did credit me my money back. I made two purchases from them and was happy with what I received - correct sizes and the clothing was in very good condition. I think I will buy from them again, but not sure about selling my things to them.

I was looking for this style coat everywhere and this exceeded my expectations. Its superbly made and looks fantastic.I use it to stay warm and snuggle into at home on cold days/nights.

Placed an order for shoes. I received a tracking number about a week later 3/16. The tracking number was invalid. I spent 45 minutes emailing live the shipping company. They had no record of the number I was given. I emailed Rikkishop 3 times, they never responded. It is now 3/27.

I have no problem with it taking awhile, since it is coming from China, which I should add, I did not realize until my tracking number was in Chinese, but I would like to be able to track my order.

Their customer service stinks. It is the most useless site I have ever dealt with never again. My order was delayed?? Why who knows??

This has been the worse experience ever!
First, they separated my order. I received one order in a decent manner. However the quality of the coat was cheap. The dress i order looked like something from a 80's hookers movie set.
It took four months for my second order to arrive. They scammed me into paying an extra 7. 00 to a paypal account. When my second package arrived only one item was sent. I am so over it.
Never, never again!!!!!!!!!
