I cant thank them enough for helping me, its easy to find a online shopping company to work on your comfortable clothes who truly helps you see out your financial goals is rare.

My shirt was towed and impounded which was completely my fault. Customer service was super accommodating.

I ordered some shoes but when I received them, they looked like my 5 year old nephew tried to make shoes from scratch. They looked nothing like the picture and resembled extremely poor quality shoes that I've never seen sold anywhere. I cant believe they're even allowed to sell these as they look NOTHING like the website images. This is extreme bait and switch. When I asked to return them, they have to be shipped back to China which I have to pay the postage for. Still waiting on the return instructions from them and it's been a week. Never ordering from here again. Wish I would have checked the reviews first but I ordered from Amazon which I trust but now I know to do more research. Oh, you'll also incur a foreign transaction fee when you pay for these since its based in China. Stay away from this place.

It took 1 weeks for my order to arrive and when I received it the quality of the Shirt was really very nice. Would recommend this company at all.

Have waited months for my delivery. Contacted them today and they have no date when I can expect my dress. They’re just asking me to wait. I’ve asked for a refund as the summer is almost gone and the function I’d purchased the dress for is long gone. Hopeless. Never again!

A lot of fun! Great logos, great colors and best of all...high quality T shirts that look and feel good! I take them down to the local seamstress every month and have the sleeves cut off and hemmed. I get a lot of positive comments on them.

I recently bought a coat from them, thinking return shipping wouldn't be expensive, but I didn't know they are in China. It is called Rikki Shop London, and the website looked professional. The coat looks nothing like the pictures, no one would buy what they shipped me. They don't provide a return label if they are asked, but do threaten to charge not only a shipping fee to China, but to add an additional larger fee. Even in the email they said it would not be affordable to return. They offered me 15% of the cost to get it altered, which is only $12. I honestly feel very betrayed, I don't have money to waste on these people working there. What a bad company!!

I waited three months and never received the sms they promised, so my shoes were sent back. They don't seem to take the responsability and I have lost my money. I have contacted them by email several times.
