Minus 5 stars...ordered October 3rd and they withdrew money from my account immediately...I read reviews after and tried cancelling order...no way...they said too late order shipped but did cancel one item,...and did credit for it. However 23 days later I have yet to receive the one item. Don’t trust them and I guess this review will go to the bottom like the others who’ve had the same problems.
BEWARE...DONT ORDER.
Finally received the other item which is described as....Multicolor Tribal Long Sleeve Sweater....it is not a sweater..it is some cheap looking mesh type material..very lightweight...asked for return label...let’s see how that goes...

Why, if the majority of the reviews are BAD, are all the bogus four and five star reviews put first? You have to scroll through pages of "good" reviews before you get to the honest ones. I'm sure people might assume this is an excellent, trustworthy company, when it doesn't appear to be, based on the bad reviews! Majority votes should be the first ones shown!

I ordered 4 shirts 2 weeks ago. The site says 3-5 days to process. Still not “processed”. I repeatedly emailed them and they told me to be patient and refused to give me a timeframe. I asked to speak with a supervisor and no response. I asked for a refund.... no response yet.

I ordered a pair of boots from what I thought was site called Greatgoods.com. This is a fake site. The real seller is Rikkishop.
Item arrived after 6 weeks, was wrong size and of poor quality. The item would cost far more to return to China than I paid for it. They offered me a 15% refund. Ridiculous.
Do NOT buy anything from Greatgoods or Rikkishop.

We bought 5 items at fr.rikkishop.com. They were delivered quite quick but very nicely wrapped. After washing and ironing four of them these were fine and form a good quality depending on the price. The fifth was wrongly stitched and a hole was made in the fabric because of that. We wanted to send the item back what ended in a complete disaster. They wanted us to send the item back to china what from my point of view is not acceptable because of the shipping cost.
We will not buy there again until they do not make return shipments more comfortable and easy.

Administration was incredible. My better half proceeded to purchase a dress and the representatives were useful. Not certain I concur with the costs but rather I am a person so...you know.

Omg..I'm so infatuated with this spot. In addition to the fact that they have charming garments offer one of a kind home stylistic theme and blessing things. When I'm in the region I attempt to stop by regardless of whether to browse..which is unthinkable.

The things are reasonably esteemed and without a doubt genuine. On shopping in bazaars in different bits of Asia, you are hurled back there because of the nature how things are arranged inside.

An incredible little boutique to shop or commit your garments. I am a BIG devotee of the $2 receptacle. Extremely comfortable air, pleasant staff, out of control stylistic layout. Bunches of value and one of a kind things to take a stab at.

I would prefer not to give it any stars but had to click on one before being able to write my review. I ordered three items to get the 3rd one discounted which was not honoured. Each item was wrong in every way - wrong colour, the fabric was wrong and the sizes were far smaller than its size chart, and unwearable. They arrived terribly creased scrunched in a tiny plastic bag . When I said I wanted to return them as they were not as advertised I was sent a label to China and I was asked to pay the postage even tho the reason for returning all the items was because they were not as advertised. The prices are quoted in £sterling yet my credit card showed a debit of £9 for exchange rate fee. it looks as though I have lost about £80. Appalling customer service.

The items I received are not the same quality as the items in the pictures. There is no return adres. The service is bad.

I like this store, in general I am doing very well when I buy.

excellent products, the clothes are very nice. And the sizes correspond to those indicated in the table, doubts arose and the advisors although they are slow to respond, they are very kind.

Definitely, recommend Rikkistore Rents excellent customers service with accurate & quick info. They have a great selection of rentable items, professional staff willing to help you when you're not sure what you need, and a great delivery system - timely, professional, and courteous. Their pricing is good, too! How do you beat that?

Don’t order from them.. after 2 months of waiting for my order I requested that the order be canceled. 5 days later they shipped the items anyway and 7 days after my cancellation request they emailed me to say the order could not be cancelled because it was shipped.

Found staff really friendly, was left to browse rather than being pestered but staff helpful when asked, which I prefer. Catered for all budgets -low to high end. Would recommend.

Great selection of clothes and incredibly helpful staff. Top notch!!
