Do not believe 5 star reviews of this company. The company is placed in China and you will wait around 2 months to receive your product, only to discover that it's fake (read: plastic instead of leather, wrong size, extremely bad quality). No return address, just e-mail.

The photos are beatiful but reality is completely different.

Foolishly ignored the reviews on here and took a chance. They sent the wrong size shoes to me and refuse to refund or exchange unless I send them back and pay postage and customs charges.
After arguing for weeks they are now offering me 30% off for a new pair. Rediculous.

The adverts are misleading......leather boots...scroll down to description, surprise surprise ! Mock leather !!!! And the clock ticking is ILLEGAL as it just flips over when it gets to zero..
Buy from reliable sources not these greedy misleading people.

Do not order anything from RIKKISHOP. I placed an order on October 19, 2018, my credit card was charge right away. I still have not received the order. There is no way to contact this company about the status of your order.

Highly recommend this customer service and we will be back for sure.

Don’t buy from this company. Poor quality, irregular sizes. You will fail with return because they located in China. You never know about this fact untill you initiate return. And return bu USPS will cost you from $25 to $68.

This is the worst online company I have ever ordered from. First off I ordered boots in August and just received them today ( Dec 3rd) The boots are awful quality. They are dollar store quality and I have zero confidence with this company to go through the return process. I will be donating them. Waste of money and so disappointing to wait this long and receive such a crappy pair of boots.

I like that I can find so many midi dresses on Rikkishop. I'm very into retro looks and I've found a really pretty tartan midi dress on this online store. I've ordered it as it had a good price and waited eagerly for my order to arrive. And I had to wait a while, more than 3 weeks, which was a little bit unpleasant. However the dress was so nice and a perfect fit and I am happy with it. In the end the experience was good and I will look for other dresses to order from this site.

Received boots long after I ordered them. Picture shows black boots with gray sole. Well, they must have run out of gray soles as they put brown soles on black boots. No response from company. Submitting credit card disput today! Do not proder

This business is located in China. So, despite their claim of "hassle-free exchanges", it's not even close to hassle-free. I bought shoes (which took weeks to arrive) that didn't fit. To exchange them, I would have to pay to ship them all the way to China...which would cost more than the shoes. The alternative they offered was a 15% refund. Pretty much having to eat $30+ for shoes I can't use. Even the communication is difficult because of the time difference...they only reply at night our time. It was a huge waste of time and money.

The order was a complete disaster. I am upset of buy shoes with RIKKISHOP . I bought two pair of shoes on October 4. The only shoe that I already received the package was dirty, the size 39 is small for 8 US, and too delay in the shipping. The second shoes I haven't received yet. I couldn't use in the thanksgiving family's travel. Please, I prefer to cancel it and refund me the money, but RIKKISHOP said me "NO".
