I bought two pairs of boots on September 19/18, I had to wait until November 21/18 to receive them. The size was correct but the boots are smaller, I communicate with services, and the only thing They say is that I have to wait for authorization to return the boots, what they can do is give me 25% refund. What am I going to do with boots I'm not going to use at all? Expect my 6-year-old daughter to grow up and use them? This company is a joke, if you are going to buy here, think twice

Still no progress with returning wrong order and this company paying for postage from UK to China. Note all the 5 star reviews - they sound like they are written by the same person. Believe the 1 star, that’s what this company is. Don’t go near them.

FRAUD 2 MONTHS AGO I ORDERED. NO RECEIPT OF BOOTS. Chinese tracking info..I had to open an investigation with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! The quality of their product is horrible. When it arrived it was bent and misshapen. Plus, it took 34 days for all of my order to arrive. This company is located in China, but you don’t realize this when you place the order. It costs more to return the items than what you actually pay for them. Just don’t do it. You will regret it.

Ordered a pair of green suede boots with faux fur trim and it took forever to get them. Every time I tried to check the delivery tracking system it said it was unavailable. I don't think they really have a delivery tracking system... I think they just make up tracking numbers to appease you while you wait 2 or 3 months to receive your order. I finally got the boots and they were not wrapped individually so the green suede dye got all over the trim. When I emailed them about this matter, they offered me a 15% refund or said I could return the boots but it would be expensive and take a long time as their warehouse is in China. I emailed them stating that neither option was acceptable to me because THEY were the ones that sent me DEFECTIVE merchandise. They then offered a 25% refund and said they were sorry for the inconvenience. OBVIOUSLY they were not sorry or they would have rectified their mistake. I think this company is basically a scam and very dishonest. Stay away from them unless you like being frustrated and disappointed.

HOW is this company still in business?
100% horrible. Took 2 months to get delivered and it's NOT AT ALL what I ordered. Regardless of the cheaper prices, the product and customer service is NOT worth it. Pay a few more dollars and go with Zappos.

2 month wait to get different boots from order, discusting!!!! no response from them anymore... not expensive but just send your money to charity. I suppose that the 5 stars are people that are payed for thoose reviews.

Waited 1 month for them to ship my boots - I tried canceling the order and go no response. I finally opened a case with PayPal. The day I opened a case was the day they shipped them.
I didn’t want the boots so I refused the package and returned to sender - now they’re telling me they never got them back and are refusing to refund me. So no boots, no money. This company is just a total scam - stay away!!

I love my blouse. The quality is nice . There was a small snag under my right arm, I cut off the extra thread and it was good, not noticeable at all. It fit perfectly. Highly recommend!!

I like comfortable, casual dresses. Some time ago I found Rikkishop, and I looked through offer from this shop. I found one dress, which interested me really much, so I bought her and now it's one of my favourite clothe! The cloth is high quality, what making it very comfortable and practical, it is pleasant to touch. It was one of my the best purchases and I'm sure I will visit Rikkishop again.

Terrible company! Avoid at all costs. The shoes arrived squashed, the sizing was inaccurate and the quality was really poor and cheap looking. Despite their online claims of fast easy refunds, the truth is that it costs a small fortune to return the goods to China. It is now two months since I did this and I am still waiting on a refund. Despite several email requests, they repeatedly told me they couldn't trace my package reference number and therefore were not interested in refunding me. However, after going back to the post office I sent them from and using the Royal Mail's track and trace service, it turns out they received AND SIGNED for them over a month ago! I have told them this and I will now be raising a Paypal dispute if they don't sort this out. Don't waste your time, money and energy with this bunch of lying chancers.

I would give no stars if that was an option. The shoes they sell smell like an insect repellent plant. They are made of hard plastics and rubber. I bought them for my daughter for a gift, which I cannot give her for fear that they will put in her in a full asthma attack, The next issue is that they are not the true European sizes to US sizes. They are tiny. The worst part is that I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails to return.

BEWARE!! Do not buy from this company! Cheapest quality of clothing ever! And inappropriately sized! TERRIBLE!! It comes from China and you’ll never recoup you money. They will offer you 15% in exchange for your money back. That’s 15.00$ on the hundred you have spent. They should be shut down. They don’t want you to know this until you have already purchased the cheap crap products that they hawk. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!

I have no idea what possessed me to buy boots from here without looking up reviews, impulse buy from FB ad. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS, FAKE NEWS!! Shoe size totally wrong, product cheap, no way to return, ships from China. Do yourself a favor and just rip $50 into several pieces, and count yourself lucky.

I ordered a pair Unisex Waterproof Fur Lined Snow Boots on September 25, 2018. I received several emails, one stating "We regret to inform you that the delivery of your items may be delayed. It will be scheduled to be shipped out from our warehouse in 5-8 business days", dated October 18, 2018.

I contacted RIkkiShop and Emma from customer service said "Sorry for the delay. Currently our warehouse is full of packages and shipping is delayed. We will keep rushing this order and notify and ship it once it is ready. If you can't wait we can cancel the order..."

Their warehouse is in CHINA, not USA, not "our warehouse".

My items said they shipped on 11/7/18. Wonder if I will ever receive them and what condition they will be in.

I will never order anything from them again.

BEWARE This company is horrible! Don’t trust them with anything! I ordered shoes that took two months to arrive and came damaged and defective. They refused to give me a refund without my having to pay for their shipping of a defective and damaged item. Not to mention, the shoes were cheap and horribly made!

I concur with the negative comments below. Wait time was six weeks I had to reach out to them for follow up on my order otherwise who knows how long it would take. Communication was beyond poor and never an apology. They did offer a 10% refund for the delay, but let's see if this ever comes.

I placed an order Sept. 27, 2018. It finally shipped Oct. 21, 2018. The tracking number is bogus, it states, "This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later." as of today Nov. 6, 2018!
