I ordered a pair of boots advertised as leather. When they arrived, they were cheap polyurethane and damaged. I contacted the merchant. Their reply is below. Completely unacceptable.

This company is a joke! I made an order in August and just received the package (November). I had ordered shoes and they don't even look close to what they showed online. They are made out of foam. Soooo cheaply made! I guess my own fault for thinking that the chinese could do something remotely good.
Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time and money.

Horrible customer service.

Placed an order on Sept 18th. Six weeks later, still waiting. Contacted customer service repeatedly. but it is a bot--so useless. Tells me to be patient, that the order has shipped. Yes, it shipped Oct. 4th. That's a MONTH ago...so um, where is it ? Well, Rikkishop doesn't care. Don't fall for their FB ads. Avoid.

I share the sentiments of many users. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
The shoes that I ordered were nothing like the photo. They were cheaply made and not even wearable! When I didn't receive the order within a month, they sent an email offering a 5% refund for the delay. It was still several weeks before the shoes arrived and of course, NO REFUND EVER! I was traveling for work and when I did ask about returns, I was told that I had not met the 15 day return policy! Even after asking if they would reconsider due to the delay in shipping to me, they denied the return. This was a complete and total WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I have waited more than a month for my order to arrive, and when it did - the boots are the wrong size !
I am trying to send them back, but it appears there is no return address. The "sales" email address has just bounced back. It looks like a scam.

Do yourself a favor and never order anything from this company. I had the same issues like everyone else here. It took forever to received my order. After a month I finally did but the shoes I bought looked nothing like advertised. They used cheap materials and overall they look just too ugly to wear. When I demanded a refund of course they told me that I would have to pay for shipping cost and bc they have to send it back to China is gonna cost a lot. So they offered to refund the 15% of the price.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do you enjoy being ripped off and lied to? If so, place your Order with Rikkishop. You will 1) never receive your purchase 2) get some bs runaround about delays 3) they provide a bogus traynumber that doesn’t exist from China and 4) actually expect you to believe them. I’m at 60 days now. Never received order, they stole my hard earned money and if I could figure out a way to sue them I would.

I don't think I trust them. I ordered boots two weeks ago and have not received them yet. I sent them an email inquiring and have not heard back.
I'm still waiting! I only gave them a one star because you cannot give them a zero star rating.

Never received my order 2x boots. Never received my refund despite them saying they had issued one. Thieves and liars please do not order from these people you will be bitterly disappointed. I'm now in contact with fraud and theft team.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Ditto for what every other reviewer has said. It's been over a month and per tracking 2 of my items are still in China. Per my request to cancel the the third item they did respond via email that refund was processed but now over 10 days and still not posted to paypal. Shopify/Paypal should not allow this company to advertise or sell via their services. SCAM.

This company is disgusting.
They take your money and don't send the product ordered.
They do not reply to messages or emails.

Very disappointed to read so many reviews of the same nature.

Would have given them a zero if I could. Like many other reviewers I kept getting generic answers for 2 1/2 months and then my shoes arrived. They are at least 1 size too small and are made of cardboard. Obviously cardboard is expensive in China. No free returns but a 15% refund to allow me to have item altered. How in H*** do you alter cardboard tennis shoes?? Not totally Rikki Shop's fault. I was too stupid to check their reviews before ordering.

All the 5 star reviews are fake!!!!! The ‘people’ that gave 5 star reviews have given 5 star reviews for 8 other companies. And get this... they are all the same companies!! So they’re obviously paid to give good reviews. These other 8 companies are more than likely scammers too!!!

Ordered boots a month ago, money taken from my account and have heard nothing!!!impossible to contact them. Don't touch them with a bargepole!

Bad quality products. A disgrace.

Products take two months to arrive. Products made of cheap material. Customer service take 3 days to respond to an email. Wont pay for shipping returns. Product not as described on website.

Quality is extremely poor. Sizes do not match up to what is ordered.

Don't waste your money! Ordered something in August and STILL have not seen it yet in October. Am so mad I gave them my credit card. SCAM ALERT, SCAM ALERT! Never again.......

Bad all around- shipping, quality, customer service... all bad.
Not worth it! You may think you are getting a good deal but too frustrating to wait for bad quality products.
