I ordered a pair of boots on August 24, 2018 and as of October 18, 2018 I still haven't received them. My order page only says "unfilled". I've contacted them several times, to which when I do get a reply, it says they will give me 10% off.
They debited my account the day I ordered and there's no phone number associated with this company which should be a big RED flag!
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM....EVER

2 months after buying some shoes and no shoes... They blaming the delivery company but don't offer to refund me as it's not my fault either... All email answer are pretty much copy and paste... Scam!

This site is a scam my credit card was billed in 24 hrs . One week later no response to 3 inquiries. They have my money and they won’t communicate with me ! Do not order from this site .

UPDATE...after 118 emails I finally got my refund. Don't believe the 5 star reviews their being paid

I have never had such a bad experience ordering anything online except from this company. I placed an order Sept 15/18 and have not received any confirmation even though they took my money. I have tried many times to make contact but do not receive any responds. I have contacted my credit card company and they are going to investigate. I would recommend not to order anything from this company unless you are prepared to be ripped off!!!!

ordered boots over a month ago and never received. Nor can I get my money back,do not order from this company.

This company is a rip off. Ordered a pair of shoes on August 31st. Waited several weeks. Contacted the company through email They told me the shoes would ship soon. Finally on October 12, I received the cheapest pair of shoes I have ever seen and they smelled funny. I didn't even try them on and I hesitate to even donate them. After reading some of these reviews, I have decided not to waste my time trying to get a refund. I will however report them to Paypal and several other places. Please don't buy from Rikkishop. You will be disappointed. Lesson learned.

Dont order from this site. Horrible!!! ordered boots on Sept. 8th 2018. They took my money and Still dont have my boots. Ive emailed them several times and no response.

The GOOD reviews on this company are fake. They are now hiring people to write good reviews. I ordered through them as I saw boots advertised on Facebook. I have sent numerous emails asking when my shipment would arrive and have had no response. I made my order two months ago. This company has been reported. If you are lucky enough to finally get your product it, the quality will be horrible and not as advertised.

I ordered a pair of shoes on August 27, 2018 and am still waiting (it's October 13, now.) I couldn't get the email option to work on their site. Finally emailed them- I think, not sure I got the right email address, even- and no answer. They were advertising heavily on Twitter so I just thought they were legit. I don't know who to contact about this- maybe my bank. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to even get ahold of these guys, let me know. Or suggestions on what to do. This company should be reported- but who would I report them to? I don't know. They don't even have a phone number or an address that I can find. maddening.

Terrible experience, lost $ and got a few of my products, all garbage quality. Some never came, lesson learned!

Don't do it! They take your money and never deliver your order. They ignore your attempts at getting help untill you turn them into PayPal. After that, they continue to lie and give you the runaround. So far. No boots and no refund.

I purchased a pair of shoes which turned out to be too big, quality was so so. I wanted to return. There is no return addess on their website. I sent an email to the noted email address on website. about 5 days later I got a response asking for my invoice # and telling me to use the return label. I answered that obviously if I had a return label I would not need the address. I have not heard from them since.
I think this is one of those ship directly from China websites and there is no return/exchange option.
Being shoes - don't do it!

Do not order from this company! Ordered shoes 60 days ago...with multiple emails to the service desk to ask about the order status and no response!

They suck! Shoes took just about 2 months. Were not grey but gold and sparkly. They refused to take them back but they had no problem taking my money. I would negative star them if possible.

I ordered some shoes and they are made out of cardboard. How do I return them. And it took 2 months to get them.

I saw a pair of adorable-looking oxfords on Facebook and placed an order but wish I'd checked out the company first. It took a month before I got a shipment confirmation and another two weeks before the shoes arrived. I did email the company after about three weeks and they got back to me with tracking info within a couple of days. Based on other reviews, I was a little surprised that they actually arrived but they are GARBAGE. They are extremely cheaply made, thin material, reek of chemicals and are about a half size too large. I will never wear them and of course am not interested in spending a small fortune to return them to China. Lesson learned.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! RIKKISHOP! I Thought the shoes, I order were cute! I ordered them on August 18, 2018 they just arrived today October 1, It does say it may take up to 35 to 60 Days to arrive. Which I didn’t read the fine print. Omg the quality of theses shoes are made out of styrofoam. I ordered a size 8 they send me at size 35 which is 5.5 women. It probably cost $2.00 to make them. They are HORRIBLE! I could only imagine trying to get a refund. That would be impossible!!! Now I’m afraid to anything on Instagram Ads!!! DON’T DO IT!

Don't buy from this shop. You can't return it. Its international. No US address to return to and they don't answer your emails. The material of the product are pure junk.
