I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Roche Bobois in Buenos Aires has honestly been extremely disappointing — especially considering the price point and brand positioning.

I purchased a desk at full list price, with no discount whatsoever, and agreed to wait for a brand-new unit to arrive. After the wait, what I actually received was clearly the showroom/display piece, already damaged in multiple areas.

The desk arrived with visible scratches, dents and finish defects. After I complained, someone came to “repair” it using what appeared to be a filler/putty solution that disappeared almost immediately. They then promised to review the situation and never came back with a real solution.

What is most frustrating is not only the condition of the product, but the attitude afterward. The store manager repeatedly asks whether I am “satisfied,” while at the same time trying to impose acceptance of a defective product instead of taking responsibility for the issue.

This is simply not the level of quality, service or customer care one expects when buying from a luxury furniture brand.

At this point, I am requesting a proper replacement with a new desk in flawless condition, or a full refund.

Excellent warm and friendly welcome to the store. The Manchester store looks wonderful and so stylish. Linda went out of her way to make sure we had a truly personalised consultation and buying experience giving us her undivided attention throughout both visits to the store. Delivery arranged and we were promptly called the delivery service to make sure all would go well. Very impressed with every stage of choosing and purchasing our new sofa. Thank you!

Extremely unhelpful and contradictory customer service for a customer of 20 years. Issue with a product not only on your own but Enfield “customer service” will try charge you more than you paid 2 years ago and £250 delivery for a small table. 20 years of buying products, never again.

Such a great experience. Danielle was really helpful with information without being pushy. We were able to test the sofa we were interested in at our own pace and we are really happy with our order.

We had a very positive experience with the team at La Roche-Bobois in Basel while selecting the Ipanema dining table and its matching chairs.

From the outset, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care in understanding our needs. They took the time to visit our space in person to assess how the pieces would fit, which added real value to the decision-making process, and provided thoughtful renderings to help us visualize the final setup.

Throughout several follow-up discussions, they remained responsive, transparent, and solution-oriented.

I recently purchased my furnitures from the Roche Bobois showroom in Finchley and had a great experience. The store offers a stunning selection of modern, high-end furniture with excellent craftsmanship and beautifully curated displays. lleana and the manager Johal were amazing in helping us find the right pieces—they were friendly, attentive, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Their guidance made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. While the prices reflect the premium quality, the unique designs and outstanding service make it well worth a visit.
