Having liaised with multiple luxury brands, I am not an easy client to impress, yet this team earned my confidence effortlessly, prioritizing the right investment for the client over quick sales, a rare and highly commendable approach. The quality of there furniture is very good, they use best quality materials, it’s very durable, it lasts forever, the service of Roche Babois in Harrods is excellent, the salesman Jay is very polite professional and honest, I have been dealing with him for many years and he’s really good, he gives me the right advice by telling me which furniture to choose for the size of my apartment.

Nuria was very professional and gentil helping a lot us to define the best furniture for each ambience and type of color. This was very unique experience and we are very glad and lucky of having her attending ourselves.

Wonderful choice of super stylish furniture, delightful shopping experience (with excellent coffee). Mia could not have been more helpful - and she knew the products inside and out, answered all of our questions (with patience and humour), was very responsive by email and delightful to deal with. Looking forward to the arrival of our new sofa!

Had a really great experience with Serma in the Berlin branch. Really professional and a pleasure to deal with, she gave us really helpful and detailed advice and took her time with us without being at all pushy. We were delighted with the sofa and chair we eventually bought. Will certainly return in the future.

Abolsute farce for product quality and customer service from Walton Surrey branch . Delivered nearly 2 months late and then one table lamp marble base was chipped and one didn’t work. Waited 6 weeks for replacements and they have resent completely broken lamps. Then waited another month for anotjer totally smashed base to arrive today. And they totally forgot to deliver a replacement dor the other broken one!! The managers at the shop dont care and wont take calls or return ours. Only the delivery drive (who was deeply embarrased and kept stressing this isnt normal for roche bobois) showed any concern. No manager would pick up the phone and talk to us. Ordered in sept and still got 2 hugely expensive lights that dont work on 31 dec! Lovely designs, but a deeply shocking company when something goes wrong.

The service the showroom staff gave was amazing. Both sofas were mapped out digitally to ensure they fitted the layout of the rooms. The process was quick and effortless. We were very happy with the overall experience and it was worth the money 100%
