Pls avoid - not worth the post purchase grievance

For one I believed something was going to get done when their team replied below ( which by the way is the second time now! ) that send us an email and we will action it ...
Its another 7 days to that action and here we are STILL NOTHING.

The only reason I am forced to chronical the engagement here is for people who havent bought to REALLY know what tehy are getting into and for this "team " who says they sorry to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!

If only I had seen the experience of some of the guests here!
1) The quality of the parts - disaster . We have now run through 3 dough cups in less than 5 months and the convenient answer - this is not our issue! The machine only ran without a problem for the first year and downhill after that
2) Whats worse - the delivery of the product itself - it has been over 1 month now and there is no sign of the latest delivery. NOTHING - you cant find anything on UPS
3) Customer Support - Well the less said the better .. Try finding a customer care colleague to speak to and assuming u reach one the response" give me time to review I am handling multiple requests!!" I gave up after waiting for 45 mins

It is such a shame that for a product which could serve such a huge demand has been thoroughly let down by its experience..

So if u have not bought it - dont , its not worth the subsequent heart ache

Ships Defective Machines with no accountability

Denied to replace a machine that stopped working in a few months. A manufacturing defect was diagnosed, but the team said they couldn’t look up the warranty details due to data sync issues. Very unreliable! ZP82412CAB9CD

WHERE IS MY ORDER? Constant Lying and bullshitting by Rotimatic's CEO, Brands team, and Customer Service team on email.

I placed an order in November 2025 and the delivery was promised in January 2026. I still don't have it with ZERO responses from possibly everyone who I can contact from Rotimatic

There was no communication from anybody about the delay. I checked on the customer portal and it gave me a later date, but for the past week no dates are given for the delivery and it is suggested that I contact customer service. Once I email them/chat with them they don't respond with any information.

In summary, they have taken my money and it seems like they have done the runner.

Updating this on Feb 13, 2026 - 9.12 am NZT.

Updating this review again because despite of emailing the Rotimatic brands team, Pranoti, and the support team two days ago on same email trail again which has all the details of the order and interactions so far, I see an updated response from the Brands team of Rotimatic 12 hours ago to send them order details.

I have sent the details again this morning.

I am clueless as to what is expected of me now.

I suggest you check your emails and pick up the phone and call me with an update.

Updating this on Feb 19, 2026 - 10.10 pm NZT.

It is now 15 days after the promised delivery date when the order was placed. And despite of numerous emails to the customer support, brand team, and assurances from numerous people, there is NO expected delivery date yet.

The numerous updates I have received have the same message which reads as follows:

"Hello Prasanth,

We completely understand your concern and worry. Please be assured that your order is currently under process and we are coordinating with our logistics team to fast forward your shipping.

We will share the necessary details with you once we receive them. "

This co. has taken my > $3000 in November last year with NO communication about when the order will be delivered.

Rotimatic's BrandsTeam/CustomerServiceTeam/Pranoti

Stop this bullshit and cheating and give me a date of delivery.

Updating this on Feb 24, 2026 - 1.52 pm NZT.

An email sent to me by the CEO of Rotimatic (Pranoti) on Fri, 20 Feb 2026 at 3:15 AM, where she had confirmed that the order will be dispatched on Monday, February 23rd and I would receive the tracking details on the same day.

Today is Tuesday, February 24th and it is 1:47 PM and until now there is no confirmation and no tracking details received in my email box. 

Today is Monday, April 13th and it is 10:06 PM and the item has supposedly been despatched but not arrive yet. No response from the support team, brand team, Rotimatic CEO-Pranoti, and anybody else despite of emails.

Rotimatic's CEO and BrandsTeam and CustomerServiceTeam members have been constantly lying, bullshitting to me through emails with no sight of delivery of the product.

Daniel was amazing!

Daniel did an amazing job in making sure that ALL our problems were addressed. He patiently troubleshooted all minute details until we got perfect ROTI out of the Rotimatic maching. I was really happy after our tech session.

Machine stopped working 4 weeks in

It worked great while it worked - about 4 weeks of usage only - one day it just stopped half way through a cycle - the machine does not turn on - I have reached out to customer service - let us see what they do .. I am really disappointed ..

Stay away from this company

Edit: February 9. 2026- To the Rotimatic team, I don’t want it. After I sent them an email letting them know that I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the consumer protection agencies in California and Singapore, they have started communicating again. Now they are working on shipping the machine. I’ve told them I don’t want it and to issue me a refund as I asked. I can’t imagine having to deal with them if something goes wrong with the third machine they are trying to send to me.

I’ve been a loyal Rotimatic user since 2014, using the original model for a decade.

In June 2025, I ordered the new machine and received it in October 2025. However, I was informed that the machine needed to be returned for a replacement. Despite returning the machine, I haven’t received any further communication from the Rotimatic team. This is the second machine I’ve had to return because the first didn’t work. They were supposed to send me a third one. I think I’ll need to dispute the charges with my credit card company since I haven’t heard back in about a month.

Rotimatic Not Functioning Since Delivery

My Advanced Rotimatic, order number #68061, which was delivered in October 2025. Unfortunately, the machine has never functioned properly since the day it arrived. Every time I attempt to use it, the unit only produces flat dough and fails to make chapatis. I have tried multiple brands and types of flour, followed all instructions, adjusted settings, and repeated the calibration steps, yet the result remains the same. After months of attempts, the product is still unusable. I have reached out to customer service on several occasions but have not received any meaningful assistance or resolution. As a long-term customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I invested in this machine expecting convenience and reliability, but instead I have a non-working appliance and no clear path to help.If anyone knows what to do next, Please let me know how to resolve this matter.

Shitty product with worst customer service ever. Ripping people off

I spent nearly $1,900 on this roti-making machine and deeply regret it.

The machine did not meet expectations, and when I tried to address the issues, the customer service was nonexistent. I have been emailing and messaging the company almost daily for the past two months requesting help and a return. I was polite, patient, and clear — and was repeatedly ignored or stalled with no real resolution.

For a product at this price point, I expected reliability and at least basic customer support. Instead, I’m left with an expensive machine I don’t want and a company that refuses to take responsibility.

If you’re considering this product, be aware that once they have your money, getting support or a return may be extremely difficult. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Definite convenience - but not fully automated

It's really convenient, don't get me wrong. However, I think it could do with a lot of improvements.
The size of the rotis can't be changed - that is still acceptable, however if it's a machine and automated to some extent then I don't know why we still need to babysit certain steps.
1. The flour, water and oil attachments are so small that you have to constantly re-fill them. This doesn't help when you have it set to making anything over 10 rotis.
2. The machine needs to be placed on top of a board or a layer - cannot sit right on the counter top- because the rotis dispense at the lowest level - and when there's multiple rotis coming out when ready - they often queue up and then result in some rotis not forming properly because the dough ball also lands in the same spot as the previous roti was dispensed.
If it's so expensive -then I wouldn't expect such entry level issues.

Rotimatic Next: A Hype Machine with a Lack of Reliability

We’ve invested months in trying to make this overpriced machine work, but after multiple emails and constant back-and-forth, it remains completely unreliable.

The machine is plagued by endless errors, such as the kneading tray and blade getting stuck, as well as issues with adjusting the settings. These problems make it impossible to use the machine effectively. The consistency of the rotis is also a major concern, and the app itself doesn’t work properly..

Customer service is not responsive. Regardless of how many times we’ve requested a refund or a replacement, we’ve only received the same robotic responses. This is not just a faulty appliance; it’s a company that seems to care little about its customers once they’ve made a purchase.

Save yourself the stress and stay far away from Rotimatic.

Very useless machine- rotimatic next

Very useless machine- rotimatic next. Keeps wasting off dough balls and not at all reliable. Yoh will be hungry waiting for 30 mins and will finally choose to cook yourself/use the readymade roties.
Wasted so many hours. And their customer care experience is shit. They have no questions asked 30 days return policy but i have a email thead requesting return like 15 times and they have a default answer of connecting out to technical support even after i connected.

Definitely fraud

Definitely fraud.
I ordered this rotimatic next machine for my old mother so it will save her efforts. I placed order in may 2025. It was delivered in September 2025. It was configured in October 2025 worked only until November 2025.
Since then stopped working.
These people don’t have any direct customers support line. All they have left is email. That itself tells about this fraudulent company.
Since then they are just bullshitting about sending some part. As of today it is February 5, 2026. Machine is a junk.
I spent 1800USD for getting this junk which didn’t even work for a month and now it is only giving mental stress.

They send some bluedart tracking number of the machine that was already delivered in may 2025.
No response.

DO NOT BUY.
YOU WILL REGRET

good device, bad delivery experience.

update: I received the device and its very good. thank you. wish the delivery experience and communication was better.

No delivery even after 10 weeks. And they tell me they haven't even allocated the device, let alone ship it.

i have communicated with you guys since week 8 and i was told its on track and that i should stop mailing and asking and i will get the device by 5th feb (10 weeks). Even on 3rd feb when i asked why i havent received any shipping information you guys said its on track to be delivered by 5th feb.

Then after 10 weeks you guys apologise and say you will put me on priority for allottment. why wasnt i put on priority list earlier. And now its 11 weeks and there is still no shipment information. which means god know when you will ship and when it will arrive.

You guys are lying and misleading and your customer care only stalls with no clear information.

if you cannot promise your delivery, you should shut down your company rather than harass the paying customers and lying through your teeth.

After my previous review here Rotimatic responded with in hours and also deemed the machine defective and suggested a replacement. But that was the extent of the communication. Actually getting a replacement has not happened. I followed up multiple times by replying to their email but there has been no response, just crickets from their end.

Not really a great experience. We’re stuck with a very expensive faulty machine that doesn’t work.

I am writing this to warn others

I am writing this to warn others: Rotimatic has been an absolute disaster from day one. I received a faulty machine from day one. When I reached out for help, their customer service 'ghosted' me, clearly trying to delay their response time.

After finally admitting the machine was broken, they sent a exchanged unit which arrived equally faulty. They have even confirmed themselves that this second machine is also defective. Despite this, getting a refund has been like pulling teeth. They are now attempting to blackmail me into withdrawing my Section 75 claim.

I have already initiated a chargeback through my bank and filed an N1 claim in the UK courts. I will not be intimidated into dropping my legal protections. If you value your money and your sanity, stay far away from this company

Please be cautious in buying Rotimatic

Please be cautious in buying this machine. After 3 months of waiting, we were delivered a faulty machine. When we contacted the customer care, they asked us to return the faulty machine and promised a working new machine will be sent. The faulty machine has been sent back to Rotimatic. After that customer service started ignoring our messages and emails regarding the replacement product and after multiple emails when they responded, they said that the case has been transferred to a senior technical team, instead of sending us a working product. Its almost 1 month since we returned the defective product and awaiting a working product.

I am giving 1 star as I am unable to give 0 stars on trust pilot.
