I have had the Rotimatic NEXT for a few months. The machine is working and was replaced in the original form as it had issue but the customer service is top notch. They supported me during initial stage and also in between when had minor issue with an alarm. They are with you always. Full marks to the customer service

Extremely disappointing experience — still waiting for my refund
I don’t usually leave public reviews, but my experience with Rotimatic has been so frustrating and poorly handled that I feel the need to warn others.
I have celiac disease, so this wasn’t an impulse purchase for me. I genuinely believed this machine would help me eat better and more safely. After a lot of hesitation, I finally spent the money and placed the order.
The first issue was delivery. It took months to arrive, and when it finally did, it was delivered to the wrong unit number — even though I entered my address correctly. I only found out because my neighbor contacted me. While I was understanding about delays due to international shipping, this was still concerning.
Once I had the machine, things got worse. I was never able to use it even a single time. It kept throwing error messages, so I contacted customer support. I spent hours over several weeks going back and forth with them trying to fix the issue. They were unable to resolve it, and during one of their remote troubleshooting attempts, the machine actually short-circuited. At that point, it became a safety concern.
After waiting months for delivery and weeks for support, I was left with a machine that never worked.
When I asked to return it, they kept pushing discounts and replacement offers instead of processing the return. After everything that had already happened — especially the short-circuiting — I no longer felt comfortable bringing another machine into my home. It took multiple attempts just to get the return approved.
After I returned the machine, communication almost completely stopped. I’ve been trying for weeks to get updates on my refund. Most of the time, I get no response at all. When I do hear back, it’s vague messages like “someone will be in touch,” and then nothing happens. I’ve been passed between different people with no clear answers and no resolution.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that the refund delay has gone well beyond the timelines and commitments outlined in their own refund policies on their website. At this point, they have the product I paid for and they are still holding my money.
As of today, I have not received my refund.
When a company takes your money, takes back the product, ignores its own written policies, and refuses to provide clear communication, it starts to feel less like incompetence and more like bad faith. In my opinion, this experience borders on a scam and is incredibly concerning.
Even if there were legitimate processing delays, I would expect honest communication. That hasn’t happened. This entire experience has been a huge waste of time, money, and emotional energy.
I can’t even comment on the actual product performance because I never got the chance to use it. Based on my experience, I seriously question how genuine the overwhelmingly positive reviews online really are.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this purchase to think very carefully before spending their money.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Highly Unsatisfied – Continued Delays, No Resolution Even After Public Assurance
This is a follow-up to my earlier review regarding Rotimatic, and unfortunately the situation has only worsened.
Over 20 days ago, Rotimatic publicly responded to my review, apologized, and asked me to email a specific address to “fast forward” the issue. I contacted them immediately, exactly as requested.
Since then, there has been no response, no status update, and no replacement provided.
The machine remains completely unusable, despite being well within the warranty period. At this point, we have lost months of warranty coverage simply waiting for support to act. Public replies followed by inaction feel misleading and show a serious lack of accountability.
For a product marketed and priced as a premium appliance, this level of post-purchase support is unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase updates, escalate publicly, or wait months without a working device.
Based on my experience with both the product failure and the prolonged lack of resolution, I am extremely dissatisfied and would strongly caution others to reconsider purchasing until Rotimatic demonstrates consistent, reliable customer support and honors its warranty commitments.

Rotimatic’s Deceptive Practices and Complete Customer Service Failure
This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. Rotimatic’s customer service is completely incompetent. The agents clearly have no visibility or understanding of the order status and keep sending the same copy pasted responses without actually resolving anything. After a few scripted replies, they simply stop responding altogether. The delivery date has been changed multiple times with no explanation or accountability. I have tried reaching out through both email and chat repeatedly, and every attempt has been a waste of time. At this point, the behaviour feels deceptive. The company does not deliver what it promises and shows no respect for its customers.

Very expensive machine, constant errors, and extremely slow support & return process
I bought the Rotimatic with very high expectations, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.
From the first week itself, the machine started showing constant technical and software errors. Sometimes the dough ball wouldn’t form, sometimes the rotis came out undercooked/raw, and sometimes the machine would show errors like recipes not found or options showing “coming soon.” If you want to eat raw or half-cooked rotis, this machine might be fine — otherwise be prepared for frustration.
The biggest problem is that you cannot fix anything yourself. When something goes wrong, you are forced to contact customer support.
And their customer support is very slow. You send a message and typically get a response 24–48 hours later. It is absolutely not instant. Every interaction takes a lot of time and back-and-forth, and meanwhile the machine just sits there unusable.
I bought this machine to save time and effort, but it ended up wasting a lot of my time instead.
After multiple issues in just the first week, I decided to return it. The return and refund process has been extremely slow and tiring as well, with a lot of delays, approvals, and follow-ups needed.
For a machine that costs around $1800+, this level of reliability and support is simply unacceptable.
Overall, very poor experience:
Unreliable machine
Frequent errors and undercooked rotis
Very slow customer support
Very slow and exhausting return process
I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

Lack of response from the support

I have been rotimatic customer from 2021 and from that point i'm in a process of doing a replacement for the 3rd time. I will be very honest here that so far I am not happy with the performance of the machine. It has never worked properly for me consistently. I am right now in a process of getting a replacement and may be an upgrade if the Rotimatic team agrees with the email i have sent to them and one of the support person is working on it. But it is very very hard to get the timely reply from the support. I would really appreciate if the rotimatic support can provide me when the replacement will be shipped, as the defective machine was sent and received by them almost 10 days back.

Finally sent a link to cancel turns out the link allows you to cancel then Rotimatic ignore the request and reinstate the order without a refund. This is fraud. This is a company that thinks it will get away with fraud. They alhave a sale on now trying to con more people out of money for a product that does not work. Again I will get my money back

Worst product
Worst product. Would call it a total scam. Do not waste your $2000. I purchased the new rotimatic next and firstly it took around 2 months to receive the product. When you receive the machine and unpack it, the product does not look new. It feels like its a used machine just packed and sent over. All the attachments are plastic and appear of very cheap quality. On the day I received the machine, I made 4 rotis, which took around 30 mins and all four were uncooked from the corners, the hot plate pressing on the roti is small and hence the sides aren't getting cooked well. I had to throw them away as they couldn't be eaten. Cleaning the machine take 60 mins which includes cooling the machine down. The Next day, tried to turn it on and each time you turn it on, it kicks you off the wifi and have to reconnect. Right after it kept showing me errors saying unable to transfer the doughball. contacted customer care and they tried to update a software. Again mind you, brand new machine just a day old and second day not working and the customer care remotely does a software update. I tried restarting the machine after that and again same error. At that point, the customer care tells me that they need me to schedule a appointment with a tech to do a video call. When I checked the next availability, its 3 weeks latter which would lapse my 30 day return period. Right after that, when I expressed my concern to customer care, they tell me that they were able to fix the issue remotely and It should work. tried again and same error. at that point I had made the decision to return it. this is a total waste of time and scam. When contacted customer care, firstly they wouldn't respond for at least 3 days, latter 5 times, in spite of requesting for refund, they keep sending me a message saying they can send me a tested and functional unit with a $200 rebate. After facing this situation, I was firm with my decision. after requesting them 5 times, which took around 10 days of back and forth messaging , as the team will convince you very hard to take a replacement and get bribed with their incentives, I finally got a message which said that I shall receive my return shipping label in 5 days. Hoping to get this returned and get refunded soon.
Note:- I am still waiting for the shipping label which I haven't yet received. was advised that I should receive it in 4 days and its over 4 days now. I tried to write back on the email address below which is brandteam at zimplsitic.com. The email bounced back as the domain for this email address cannot be found. Kindly beware and stay away from this fraud.

Unresponsive Support and Unfulfilled Promise
Honestly, don’t bother buying this machine.
They claim 24/7 support, but that hasn’t been my experience at all.
A fault in the machine caused the flour container to break. I reported it straight away and was told a replacement would be sent, but it’s been over 15 days and I’ve received nothing.
I’ve tried support chat, WhatsApp, and email — none of them work. There’s no phone number either, and it feels like I’m just being ignored.
I’m now left with a machine I can’t use and will have to take this up with Fair Trading.

This is one of the most frustrating products I’ve ever purchased. From day one, using the Rotimatic has felt like a constant exercise in micromanagement rather than convenience. Rotis do not cook properly even at the highest heat setting, and the dough stacking issue happens almost every single time, making the machine unreliable for regular use. What’s even more unacceptable is the customer support. Every interaction feels scripted, they send the same template responses, ask for multiple photos and videos, and claim they are “working on it in the background.” Then hours, sometimes days pass with no follow-up. By the time you go through this exhausting back-and-forth, your return window is nearly over, which feels intentional and extremely unfair to customers.
For a product that is marketed as premium and priced accordingly, this level of performance and service is simply unacceptable. Instead of simplifying daily cooking, it creates more stress and wasted time. It’s disappointing that a product representing Indian innovation delivers such poor quality control and customer care, ultimately damaging trust and reputation rather than building it. It’s a shame!
I strongly regret this purchase and would not recommend Rotimatic to anyone expecting reliability, transparency, or responsive support.

It took a month and half to get…
It took a month and half to get resolution but I finally got it. This is my 3rd machine but the new version is by far the better one. Perhaps, there should be more availability with tech support on several time zones. The best I could see was one week out from a time of contact. If you miss, then certainly you'd wait for a few more weeks. Nevertheless, the support was awesome and I was able to get the errors resolved. Great work guys. Keep innovating Roti"ma"tic.

Rotimatic next total disaster
I’m Rotimatic customer since they started there previous machine was good , this Rotimatic next is complete failure . Total disaster ! Rotis are half cooked it get stuck and so many more issue .
Worst part is there customer support . Be prepaired to wait all day in order to chat and get support . Even then they are not able to fix anything .
