We've had house and car insurance with Saga for more years than I care to mention we no longer have any insurance with them because of increasing prices and attitude of call centre staff

I have never made an insurance claim from any company so I can only review my experience of being a new customer looking for travel insurance. Saga proved to be very helpful and clear when setting up my current policy, also the price was fairly reasonable.

A company you can trust
I purchased a single trip insurance policy from SAGA for a trekking holiday. SAGA are always my first choice for my travel insurance, as they're a company that I feel I can trust. Their website is so easy to use, and set up a new policy quickly.

Flexible and Great Customer Care Svs
I have been with SAGA for some years . Everytime when my renewal is due i always like to someone . And everytime i get through to a Saga Operator whos friendly and very helpful and always do thier very best to get me the best deal and take time to explain everything and make sure i am happy with everything. And i find you dont get that by doing stuff on the App or online .
Thats just my preference. But overal Saga always ha e offered a genuine and flexible serivce .

A real human touch
I reportd an accident where my husband was driving my car. He was not a named driver on the policy and had not realised that his own car insurance did not cover him to drive my car. SAGA were unbeleivably understanding and shwed great empathy throughout the experience.
