I am getting e-mails asking me to pay for my travel insurance which I did when I bought it. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Saga and am at my wits end as to whether we have travel insurance or not. It seems very difficult to contact them.

SAGA do not insure EVs
Changing my Car mid term to an EV, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Just a Ford PUMA EV version. SAGA flatly refused to insure it. No explanation just a flat no. They would not tell me why, it was done so thoughtlessly that I was made to feel I had done something wrong. There was no change in anything since I took out the Policy in January on my Ford Focus

A.I and human agents worked perfectly!
The A.I. Agent was first class. The human agent was also excellent. It was only a small query but it was handled very well and I was confident that all had been thoroughly resolved by the end of my call. No one looks forward to contacting a call centre but this was a great experience and I am a happy customer.

Website is clunky, and not really designed for customers who aren’t comfortable with tech, but once you get past that the insurance cover is good, and competitively priced

Poor Service regarding Policy Amendment
I contacted SAGA to amend my policy to include a building society as an interested party. I was told this would take 2 days. Five days later still not amended and now have to wait until next week.
