Had money coming out my bank for a few…

Had money coming out my bank for a few months now totalling up to £177 altogether. I emailed them asking for a refund. The lady in question replied saying that my subscription had now been cancelled but the payment was still pending so I asked her to reverse it which she did eventually after 3 weeks. I then emailed them again asking for a full refund which she stated I would get. They aren't refunding the full amount but are refunding another £118 whicj Is better than nothing. So anyone who is having the same issues keep on at them. Scammers. I hadn't even signed up to anything.

OMG SCAM

OMG. STAY CLEAR OF SAVINGSHIELD. SCAM!!!!
Just like the rest of these reviews, I awoke to find £29.50 pending to come out of my account. I called them and was told it would be cancelled. Next day and the payment had been taken from my account. Called again and was told I would receive a full refund. Still waiting. I now have to call my bank to block any further payments. I think they are based in Rochdale but who knows? I was speaking to a woman in Canada!!!!

Be careful applying for loans

I was applying for a loan and was asked to verify my card and that only 14 pence would be taken from my card. No loan happened and low and behold PDF saving shield started to take £29.65 from my account every Friday, when I realised what was happening I ask my bank for help( still ongoing arguments with my bank) they did block further payments being taken. I emailed saving shield and just got lied to and they refuse to refund any monies taken as I had passed the 14 day cooling off period. Like I said, I was applying for a loan not this company. Please be aware.

Thieving scam

I never signed up to an account with these thieves. They've taken £29.50 out my bank every month for four months. They don't respond to emails. If you've been affected call your bank to get a block placed on them.

Same experience. Didn't sign up to this company and yesterday they tried to take £29.50 out my account without permission. Just a good job I had no money in my account. Tried to login and they say no account can be found. How does that work then?

Oh my god!!!

Oh my god, x2 transactions today taken out of my bank account for £29.50.
This is ludicrous I have not subscribed to this company nor did I receive any documentation or emails related to subscriptions or communications related to an account.
The financial ombudsman should be aware of this as nothing from your end was provided via email nor phone to show that I have subscribed to your company. Shame on you for taking people money without consent. I do not even know who you are?!

Disgusting Scam

Not a clue who these people are. There is no company website I can go to to contest these regularly taken payments no lnformation on what or who this is until i saw this thread thought id checked my bank history and turns out they have been taking from me since February 2023 again no idea for what or how or why but they have taken a sum total of £265.64 which is extortionate and disgusting especially for a service I have no idea about being apart of. Now that I'm aware of this scam I'm contacting my banks fraud squad and reporting these people. I'm appalled and shocked this went undetected for so long. I'll definitely be trying to get my money back cause its been a nightmare to discover this.

Company scamming and taking peoples money

This company who I've never even heard of have taken £29.50 out of my bank of which I only use the account for my pets. They also took out a payment 2 months back of 0.14p. What the!! I've never heard of them or signed up to anything. I watch every penny as I've been out of work for 6 months so I would never sign up for anything. I'm on the phone to the bank at the moment so hope to get this resolved. Its a total scam by the look of it.
