Fraud!!!I had 29.50 taken out of my bank without my permission!
Like all those other unsuspecting people here, I somehow was also scammed and want my money back!
I most certainly did not sign up to them and don't even know who they are!?!
I want my money refunded immediately and any potential future payments stopped. Will report this company.

Addition: They are extremely sneaky and do not give a refund.
Apparently I “signed up” via a third party (like everyone complaining here) without my knowledge and now that they have taken the money out of my account, somehow I am outside the “cooling off” period and they will (of course) not refund me!
I urge everyone here to report them to Action Fraud as I will too, they are making money off unsuspecting people.
Update:
I have reported this “company” to Citizens Advice, who then reported them to trading standards that will further investigate it.
They also provided me with helpful advice on how to proceed, so I urge all victims of this scam to also report them.

I woke this morning to find this company have taken £29.50 from my bank account without permission. I have no idea who this company are and have no correspondence in relation to this company.
I work to a close budget and £29.50 means that buying fuel or putting food on the table this weekend is an additional struggle.
Disappointed and irritated by companies who have a blatant and ongoing misuse of our well earned funds.

Apparently I have an account but have no form of correspondence with this company at all, I don’t remember signing up to this but reading the other reviews it’s a common recurrence. How am I even meant to cancel my membership when I have no membership details? I will be taking this further, I have already spoken to my bank. Scammers! Beware!
I recently turned 18 and thought at looking for a loan. I applied for two and ever since payments of £29.99 have been trying to be taken from my account. Originally I didn’t have enough in my bank for them to take it, but since being paid a total of above £50 has been taken from my account and I have no way of cancelling as the transaction is a completely different company than the lender I signed up for. I am very scared this will never stop and I am going to be rinsed of every penny I have all because I was tricked by the lying terms and conditions. Never use this service unless you want to lose all your money. Wish there was an option for 0 stars.
