Absolutely a joke for some reason this company has manged to take £29.50 plus 0.14p out my account with no authorisation I do not know how they got my details I have tried to phone them phone number does not existed plus I have emailed them no reply how am I ment to get my money back total fraud of a company will be goingvti fraud squad plus bank once I am of work.yet again one later another £29.50 this is totsl fraud I want my money back

Who the fxxk are these taking a debit card payment from me of 29.50. Funny when I go to website and press forgotten password it says no user found.. yeah because I never even signed up to anything I'm sick of these buxxshit companies or websites preying on people bank have issued refund and blocked this company for Aby further transactions.

This company also comes under Waller saver too
Initally saving shield were taking £29.50 out of my account for 4 months then this changed to wallet saver who took 5 payments of same and even 2 payments in one month!!!!
Just emailed them and they are saying I do not have account with them - that’s right walletsaver and saving shield I never had an accowith you so why have you been taking money out of my account????

I have had money taken that I have not authorised. I am unaware of saving shield and have never signed up to this.

I want a refund and this to be cancelled.

As others are saying, never heard of this company but they are taking £29.50 out of my bank every month!!

Iv just checked my to find this company have taken £29.50 from my bank account without permission for the past 4 months. I have no idea who this company are and have no correspondence in relation to this company.

I work to a close budget and £29.50 means that buying fuel or putting food on the table this weekend is an additional struggle iv only notice because iv only got so much to live off and was wondering what this transaction was for carnt believe you have done this totally out of order.

Disappointed and irritated by companies who have a blatant and ongoing misuse of our well earned funds.

I would like my all my money to be refunded back asap £118.00 returned.

i have contacted the police already and trade and standards and my bank i am heavily pregnant with no work at the moment and these people randomly took £29.50 out my account the bank has said it’s fraud and going to be in touch with the fraud team i am so upset i have never nor have time to set up savings accounts i don’t even have the internet i’m using the library

Why have you took £29.50 out of my bank account, this is fraud, and against the law, i want my £29.50 back as i have not signed up to anything with you, you have got until 10.00am to contact me and refund me or i am going to the police and will contact my bank, and i will also get my solicitor to look into your fraudulent transactions.

I don’t even know what this company is and I see £29.50 pending transaction how dare they! I didn’t sign up to anything let alone for monthly payments you crooks nasty scammers how could u I want my money back or I’m telling my bank about this!

This is a complete scam. I have had £29.50 taken from me without my consent just at the end of the month leaving me short. It is absolutely disgusting that a 'company' is able to use such underhanded ways to take payment - and what for exactly???????? I have emailed for a refund and expect it quickly.

I have also fallen victim to this. Don’t even know what this company is, but somehow I have a subscription. I have requested a cancellation of my account this morning and I expect a full refund.

This company is a total con they have taken 3 x 29.59 out of my account. I have not knowing gly ever signed up to this nor know what it is . I have no account with them or any services or products used or been contacted by them in any way emails or phone nothing. They have refused me a refund as I'm outside of 14days cooling off period . This period cannot exist if you haven't signed up to them knowingly or with consent to take monies it's shocking. They have left a signage mum short trying to feed her children

Sadly I have also woken up this morning to find they have taken £29.50 out of my account without my permission. I want a full refund immediately.

30 sept 2023 £29.50 pending in my bank account. I do not have a clue who you are as a company and would like this money refunded to my bank account. I do not even recal lsigning up to anything.

Update, if you go to their website and cancel the 'subscription' they will process the cancellation and refund. I was refunded immediately.

However, I did not agree to this or it was certainly not clear I was signing up to anything hence the 2 Star review.

Same as most people here got up with a message from the bank to say they took £29.50 i don't even know who you are!! This is classed as Theft!! What a scam
