My review is the same as all the other reviews - the responses from savingshield are hilarious ‘the cost of our services are fully visible’ clearly they’re not - a real business would consider this by looking at the number of people complaining, surely we’re not all misreading ‘terms and conditions’? I’d be interested to know what service you think is being provided because I guarantee no one you are charging would even know what service they’re supposedly paying for. It’s nothing other than a scam when you request card/bank details to ‘verify identity’ and then take multiple unauthorised transactions from people. Anyway, I reported it all to my bank so everyone else should do the same to get this website taken down.

Took 14p verification but this whole £29.50 has been taken from my account.
I’m a single mum and now this has happened.

Be very careful in dealings with this company.
I had no idea I had signed up to subscriptions. . . There was no email confirmation or contract to sign. Money has been taken from my account without my knowledge leaving me in financial hardship and with utility bill direct debits returned. I’ve been informed that they won’t refund the money as I am outwith the 14 day cooling off period . . . Had there been a contract or any contact from the company within that 14 day period I would have immediately cancelled. As they have been so unhelpful I’m left with no option but going to the trouble of contacting Trading Standards.

Company are a complete disgrace
This company are a complete sham. Similar to others on the review, I did not subscribe to them. I was looking for a short term loan and was asked to make a £0.14 payment in order to check bank account details. I was then subsequently charged £29.50. I have since written 3 separate emails to them on their support email address, in line with their cancellation policy and they have ignored my emails. I will be contacting my bank. Embarrassing way to run a company, basically duping vulnerable people into losing more of what little money they may have. Disgraceful.
