Fraudsters
They have somehow taken £29.50 out of my bank and when I have emailed their support team explaining I have no knowledge of ever consenting to this or singing up to anything and asking for a full refund they have said it’s out of the ‘14 day cooling off period’ so will not refund me at all.
Shocking, I will be reporting and taking further!

Fraudulent company
This company deducted £29.50 from my bank account today. They took 0.14p on the July 4. I tried applying for a short term loan and was being redirected. They duped me into signing up with my bank account details. They have various website affiliations for example Onsavings.com.
Check out their Reddit threads.
When I spoke to Natalia from saving shield this morning she said they are affiliated with different companies. Gave me a load of B.S about not ticking a box to receive marketing email. When you go on to their website to reset password, “we can’t find the page” message comes up. I raised this with Natalia who said she will pass on to management. Look at their companies house information, they are using a property as a registered address that is on sale. Saving shield are trading as pixel marketing limited.
My advice, cancel subscription with the company, and ask for confirmation and call your bank to raise a dispute. Saving shield have 1 month to take funds from pending. I am still waiting for confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled. I will be doing a subject assess request.
Editing: nonsense reply from saving shield.

I cancelled the monthly fee last month after not knowing 29 50 would be going out of my account every month.... however low and behold it has gone out again!
Money has been taken without authorisation, which is illegal!

Pure scumbags
This is a scam company, somehow they get hold of your account and than they steal £29.50from it. When you speak to them and ask what it is for (bear in mind never ever heard of them!!!!) they make up some bulls*** story that you signed up to this fantastic (NOT!!!!) subscription. I have reported them to action fraud and I suggest everyone else do the same as this scumbag company needs closing down!!! They got no shame whatsoever!!!! BE VERY VERY AWARE OF THEM AND RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!

Robbed of my money
When applying for a loan, I was fraudulently signed up to whatever this service is and 29.50 taken from my bank leaving me overdrawn when things are already tight. Have been in tears on the phone to this company but received no help! Reported to banks fraud department.

Oh no no no
Oh no no no! Woke up to find this company has taken £29.50 from my account. I have no idea who they are and why they would take money from my account. Judging from all these other reviews I’m not the only one duped by a fraudulent company. I can’t afford to have these scam artists taking chunks of money from my already tight budget.
I have no reference number and no correspondence whatsoever. I’ve never heard of this company and I’ve never seen the website before. I’ve filled in your form now without a reference number as I do not have one. People must be passing on my details. I look forward to my refund.

Taking Payments without consent
I tried contacting your office a couple of times but there is no answer. I previously spoke to a member or your team on 31 May 2023 following you taking a payment of £29.50 from my bank account without consent or authorisation.
The lady I spoke to on 31 May apologised, and told me that she would ensure that she would ensure everything was cancelled and going forward no further funds would be requested. Furthermore, she would arrange for the £29.50 to be refunded back to me immediately. The refund was processed and I received the funds back a couple of days later.
However, on 14th July 2023, you have gone and taken another £29.50 from my account without my consent. It is currently in my pending transactions and I do not want these funds leaving my account.
I have sent an email to your support email attaching images of emails confirming the cancellation and refund from the 31st May 2023 and a screenshot of the pending transactions from my bank account now.
As this is now the second time you have taken funds from my account without consent, despite a payment block being in place (your requesting funds under different names) I will be taking this further with the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Taken 29.50 from my bank account
Taken 29.50 from my bank account, they make it very difficult for you to know you have signed up to your ther fraudulently activity. I told them I have mental health issues and I will now have a direct debit that will bounce but put the phone down on me. I am now going to the FCA and the contact action fraud. Looking at the reviews they need to the stopped

Agreed to a 0.14 charge to be taken out of my bank account on 13/07/2023 when applying for a loan with them to verify my account. They have now also taken £29.50 out of my account, which I never agreed to. I am now contacting my banks fraud team to get this sorted. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

I was signed up for this as it was mandatory on a loan application I cancelled the subscription the day after once I realised what it was and wouldn’t let me log back in because I had cancelled when I realised they still took money out my account I contacted their email and was told it hadn’t been cancelled within 14 days so they wouldn’t issue a refund I replied back saying that was impossible because I cancelled les than 24 hours after and they never replied to me?disgusting company.
