Total scammers, have taken £29.50 from my account with no authorisation from me! I have absolutely no idea who this company are! My bank has been contacted and I have reported them to the police and my card cancelled! Total fraudsters! How is this company still scamming people with all these horrendous reviews!!!!
You have once again used your standard reply, I was applying for a loan with minty loans and you a completely different company have taken money out my account! I did not sign or agree to anything with yourselves you have unlawfully taken money from my account and many others by looking at these reviews! I do not have one single email or correspondence with you despite apparently signing up to your service and you say you will message me directly and surprise surprise you haven’t sent me anything! You clearly are a scammer and are preying on people! I will continue with my claim with the bank and report to the police!!!

scammers
Like many other people here they took 29 out of my account without consent. I expect the generic response will pop up but I will not be dealing witht hese scammers. NO, THE FEES ARE NOT VISIBLE I will be contacting my bank directly to cancel and refund transaction adn reporting you for fraud.
UPDATE: Since positng this review, 2 things have happened.
1/ My bank were able to refund the money for me, knowing that this was a scam. For that reason I have no need or wish to enter into any kind of communication with these scammers.
2/ These scammers have marked my review as not genuine, because I refuse to enter into any communication with them. Trust Pilot have been sent a screenshot of my bank statement showing the payment being taken, and I have explained I do not have any documentation, reference numbers, contact etc from these scammers because I never subscribed or opened an account.
Oh and I never recieved any message from these scammer as they said they had sent before. They are obviously very well versed in how to mitigate these honest reviews of their activities.

Am now having to report fraud to my bank And take this to a civil court to claim my money back aswell as compensation for the worry and stress caused as they don’t reply to any correspondence.
