Cannot give no star otherwise would have done. Prey on vulberable people, and come back with "you must have agreed to the terms", however this tickbox is very well almost hidden from view and you do not realise you are subscribing. They don't even send you confirmation of any sign up, the first you will know is when it gets taken from your bank. I am on a DMP, so this is vital money that they have taken, and surprise surprise, no response when i tried emailing them asking for a refund

Avoid this company scam and fraudulent
This company is a scam like everyone else I've had £29.50 and 14p taken from my account for a subscription I didn't want or agree to. I went though the money shop online to get a loan because I was in need and this company have prayed on this and scammed me out of £30 which has left me in even more of a desperate situation. I never signed anything to agree to wanting a subscription and wasn't told about a monthly fee it said it would take 14 p to verify my account was real and then I'd get money I had been approved for. I'm taking this further and gonna get this company shut down as it's all scams you should be ashamed of yourselves scamming already vulnerable and desperate people struggling to live and get though the months. Your scum of the earth and you should be shut down. And locked up with the key thrown away you vile people.

Like many reviews here I got charged £29.50 without my knowledge and nothing to show for it! I have called my banks Disputes Department who have put a block on this merchant so future deductions cannot be made. After sending three emails to cancel my so called subscription and two phone called I was finally told I cannot get my money back and any report I get will take over one month !
How does this company stay in business as it’s clearly fraudulent!

This company is a joke, they took £29.50 from my account for nothing, I don't even have a contract or anything in writing about this service. Gone through my bank for refund then they took another £29.50, emailed them to cancel subscription and refund but nothing, praying on vulnerable people this company.

Tried to take the payment without my knowledge.
Was something referred from a payday loan website and as soon as I saw the fee I cancelled but still tried to take the subscription fee. Thankfully Nationwide blocked the transaction and have now blocked them.
How does a company like this continue to operate with such poor reviews, generic replies to all the comments and such a poor attitude.
Praying on the vulnerable and based on Nationwide blocking the transaction, they are hopefully getting found out for the fraudulent company they are. Red flag.

I'm disgusted by this company, they have taken £29.50 out of my account for no reason. I will be reporting them as it's stealing without a written agreement, I don't remember ever agreeing to this. I would advise you to put the money back before I take legal action.
