e-sim for phone

Ordered data only e-sim for phone from Scancom which arrived the same day as ordered via email which is brilliant. Just need to scan the qr code and works straight away just what I needed extra data with just a one off payment. Great company to deal with.

Simple to order

Simple to order, arrived within 48hrs and worked straight away.
Reckon a good deal on pricing as we operate only over the summer months, so no tie in or complexity to cancel

Operator - no services

Ordered sim card at 11am. Next day DPD delivery quoted but not dispatched in my case until the following day. Ok, These things happen
Received.
Tested in a city location York. No service whatsoever. "Operator - no services" Not even a hint of a working SIM card in several devices, trying different APN settings and a network refresh. Emails from support have stopped since.

Dissapointed its got to this

Dissapointed its got to this. Ordered a three sim and although the order clearly stated DPD next day delivery included it was sent via royal mail, after 8 days i asked for a new sim, day 9 the original sim arrives but has been blocked. Customer service unwilling to help instead told me to wait a day as my sim was out for delivery even though its sent by 1st class post so no tracking to confirm this. Follow up requests have fallen on deaf ears. Really starting to think ive been scammed here.

Disappointed !

I bought a sim through Amazon they took my money to activate it and then I find myself chasing them to activate it. They have no customer care, and my experience is not good. Would I use them again, not a chance at this rate
