Great Service

They sent the SIM using DPD which arrived promptly the next day. The help desk was very responsive when I had questions while I was getting the SIM activated. Great service.

Brilliant budget SIMs

Bought a couple of SIMs from Scancom. Really good value, fast and reliable. I had to use their technical support to diagnose an issue with my laptop and they resolved it right away. I highly recommend them.

Scancom EE Unlimited Data Sim

I am on my third Scancom EE Unlimited Data Sim Card and previous experiences have been good. However following a rec ent service outage I am no longer able to connect to Facebook, neither is anyone else who uses my EE 4G router. I have tried a new router but still cannot connect. I have used a Vodaphone sim card in my router and can connect to Facebook so I believe the router is OK and the problem is at EE's end. I cannot contact EE direct as I do not have a contract with them. I have reached out to Scancom via Email, they acknowledge the query then do nothing.
Their customer service is hopeless. If only you could speak with someone!

Please can you re-email our team at support@scancom.co.uk with your SIM details and this review as reference, and we can then potentially remove the adult filter on the EE SIM card that you have, as I suspect that this is the issue.

I have written multiple times to…

I have written multiple times to cancel. No response and on calling they just say send email.

I was sold an BT sim with a EE tag. I called EE who kept diverting me to BT. And BT back to EE. What a scam!!
Avoid buying from this vendor.

Just to clarify - BT is the parent company of EE, so occasionally SIMs can display the BT name, however rest assured this is a full EE 5G SIM and will work exactly as expected on the EE network.

On 30 day rolling plan, we been trying to cancel for months now they keep ignoring all communication. I wouldn't trust them

ScanCom SIMs just work straight out of the box.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased a 'preloaded Unlimited Data SIM for EE' from Scancom for my 5G Router. Both times the SIM card has just worked 'straight out of the box'. I had no issues whatsoever with the previous SIM over 18 months. I am confident that this new SIM will give me great service until October 2027.

What an excellent company

What an excellent company. I have just bought a SIM card from them and everything that should have happened did, without drama.

This followed on the heels of a failed attempt with SMARTY, who are complete Muppets.

Scancom were exemplary in every respect, I will use them again and regret not have known about them before now.
