Super Efficient
I placed my order for a 500GB data only sim card with Scancom.co.uk on 2nd March @ 15:23.
Following 5 update notifications from Scancom.co.uk. Confirming my order, update to my order, date & time of delivery, confirmation of collection by the courier, and finally a two hour delivery window.
My 500GB data only sim card dropped through my letterbox. on 3rd March 13:23. Less than 24 hours from placing my order, to the noise of the letterbox accepting my Scancom.co.uk order. To describe the service received as super efficient 5* would be an understatement. And of course. 4 minutes, and 32 seconds after receiving my 500GB data sim card. I was enjoying a 5G signal. With an average speed of 128Mbps based on three separate speed tests.
For £50 I am now the owner of a 500GB data only sim card. Which does not expire until January 2028.
Roughly working out about £2 per month.
Congratulations to Scancom.co.uk on a very professional service. I wager this will be the first of many purchases from Scancom.co.uk in the future.

The customer service is pretty good
Scancom customer service is pretty good.
DPD, the delivery company, didn't deliver my sim. And it has the worst customer support, which is just a robot.
Luckily I had my issue solved by Scancom via email. They usually answer within minutes.

Bought a pre-pid Three data SIM, it arrived next day and has worked without issue for a week in the mobile router it was intended for.

Only little gripe is that there is nowhere on the packaging or sim that i can find a written expiry date of the data sim even though it is suppose to be 2028. I assume the invoice is evidence enough.

I must be Scancom's nearest residential customer. We probably use the same mobile mast! I purchased one of their value prepaid data Sims, which are excellent value and provide a very economic alternative to traditional broadband. The ordering process was very simple and the delivery was super fast! I shall definitely use the company when my existing SIM expires next year. Outstanding service from a local company!

Poor service and item never delivered
Ordered a simcard over 1 week. Item never arrived and DPD can't track item. Had message item was delayed for over 1 week ago. Scancom supposed to send replacement but never did. Never answer the phone. Poor customer service & wasted my time. I wouldn't not recommend this poor service to anyone
