Horrendous company l ordered on the 29th may & have only initially spoken with a human being once as tried countless times always says busy please call back l advice everyone to stay clear of this company & wonder if l may actually now ever receive my garden furniture. Wait for it.....

Took ages to come and after reading some reviews was bothered but....
THIS STUFF IS FABULOUS!
Assembled and delivered by a lovely bloke who was very helpful.
Two benches, 2 chairs and the table - already treated.
Quality is outstanding, I mean really outstanding.
You would struggle to get anything better and for the price it is incredible.
Thank you!

Quality garden table

Quality garden table, polite and courteous delivery, which included assembly in my garden. Cash on delivery, and great value. Arrived earlier than expected - took 23 days from date of order.

I will be buying more.

Shame there is no option to give NO…

Shame there is no option to give NO STARS AT ALL. Waited for my furniture for 6 weeks (instead of the promised 11 to 19 days) before loosing patience and requesting my money back. Luckily, I ordered through Amazon - at least I got my money back. Had a number of explanations - from 'due to high demand' to 'due to problems with Amazon', and when I dared to ask which one it actually was, they just put the phone down. Conclusion: Unless you are after the experience of waiting for a VERY long time (while your money has been taken from your account immediately after you order), look elsewhere...

Don’t go near them

Don’t go near them. Ordered directly from their website in May. Got an automated receipt for payment for a table and nothing since. I have left several answerphone messages and emailed. Nothing. They’ve been sitting on my money ever since. They have had plenty of opportunity to respond. Legal proceedings start now.

Best garden funiture I have seen

Just had my furniture delivered a companion set and a bench. I am so pleased with the quality best I have seen anywhere. Price is very reasonable to so double bonus. My experience is Amazon are given out unrealistic order times. Got my money back and ordered direct from the company the customer service was excellent. Delivered on time. Will be using this company again. Product amazing you won't be dissapointed.

Appalling service

Appalling. Was told it would be arriving, waited all afternoon. No delivery. No communication. They NEVER answer the phone or reply to emails. Thank goodness I didn't pay upfront. Wonder if it will ever turn up?

OK so it's 2 weeks late, but it's arrived and I have to say, it's a beautiful bench. Eventually did get apologies for the lack of communication via an email. Such a shame that Comms weren't better, but will be sitting on the bench later with a G&T.

Ignore the fake 5 star reviews

To give these cowboys 1 star is being generous. Ordered through eBay way back in may with a delivery time for beginning of June. Got a despatch confirmation and delivery date and guess what? Yep you got it, nothing arrived. Messaged the cowboys to be told tuff luck, you are not getting it until the beginning of July. Of course still nothing has arrived and they are no longer responding to messages. They are still selling on eBay etc so be careful and don’t get stung by this awful company. Finally delivered on 17th July after eBay stepped in but still warrant only 1 star.

Horrendous Customer Service

Horrendous. Ordered on Amazon many weeks ago and lead time was 4 weeks. That was not met and was told Amazon times not accurate. Amazon then refunded me and the company offered cash on delivery. Arranged for someone to be in all day on the arranged and nobody turned up. Customer service evasive.

Great price, Comms, craftsmanship - what's not to love?

Seems to me that reviews are polarised here. Well, mine's a five star. I ordered from Amazon. Two garden chairs. And a small coffee table direct from the company's website. It was made clear that these are built from scratch. I ordered early June. I received them all together towards the end of the month - beating Amazon's estimate by about a week. Good communications throughout enabled the orders, from two platforms, to be delivered at the same time. Obliging delivery man put them in place for me. As for the furniture- it looks beautiful, is incredible value, it feels comfortable, and it's treated so you don't have to ruin the natural look of the Scandi-redwood with a far from 'natural' redwood stain for some time. I have no links with this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and buy from them again. I've read in disbelief some really harsh reviews and words/claims that should be moderated. That wasn't my experience at all. Glad to note I'm not alone. I've long had the theory that people who are disenchanted with a company are far more likely to pen a review than those for whom everything went well.

Ordered a 6 seat garden furniture set (…

Ordered a 6 seat garden furniture set ( 2x2 seater bench and 2 chairs) original delivery date was extended by 6 weeks, when finally arrived 1 seat was damaged so requested a replacement, this was agreed in an email and told may take a couple of weeks to replace, 2 months later still waiting for the replacement chair and all email correspondence is being ignored.

Delivery sometimes in the future!

Ordered a garden set after I came across it at the bar garden. Got details and ordered it. Promised up to 4 weeks to deliver. It is over 5 weeks now. Trying to get information and commitment for delivery is a nightmare. Customers’ Service is non existent and regret buying it now. Still waiting!

I fully echo Richard's review on 18…

I fully echo Richard's review on 18 June. Avoid purchasing from that company. Placed order on Amazon. Delivery lead time up to a month. Order marked as dispatched a few day after I ordered. Waited all that time, no delivery, no notification, only to find out they'd extended the delivery date by another couple of weeks the day after the last day of the previously scheduled date. Reason given: a shortage of wood. Raised a complaint with Amazon, got full refund. Staffordshire now asking me to place the order again if I'd still like the furniture with, you've guessed it a delivery leadtime of 4-6 weeks ... and by the way, no offer of any compensation if I ordered again despite several requests from myself and Amazon.

Can I advise anyone considering a purchase from this company to look at their appalling treatment of costomers on amazon. They gladly take your money and then give a variety of excuses as to why they cannot deliver the items. If you read the customer feedback you will get a sense of just how shocking and appalling they are. Do not get caught up in the dodgy antics they employ

Absolutely delighted with my purchase

Absolutely delighted with my purchase. The furniture is of exceptional quality and amazing value. The company confirmed date of delivery and was delivered on time (even took delivery on a Sunday). Delivery driver placed the furniture where I wanted without any fuss. Would highly recommend

Appalling AfterCare

Finally our table has been replaced.
I am fully aware that these things happen and it was not the fault with the product that angered me, it was lack of response to emails and the abruptness when I finally got a response. I'm am pleased the issue is now resolved and am more than happy with the product itself. I would suggest that they brush up on their after care and customer service skills.

Firstly, I hate leaving bad reviews. I keep seeing all of these great reviews and would love to give a great review myself but unfortunately I cannot. The product itself is great, the delivery was great, the price was great and communication regarding delivery was great. However it would appear that the problems start when you have an issue/fault with a product. We had a fault with our table top less than three weeks after it was delivered. I emailed them and to be fair they did respond to my first email quickly, agreeing that the fault should not have occurred and assuring me that they would resolve the issue but I would need to give them some time to organise someone to come out, more than a week later, still no response to my inital email or the further three emails that I sent chasing this. Not quite sure how much time they expect me to give them but this ridiculous. Good business is not just good products but good customer service and theirs is shocking. They responded to other bad reviews saying email us with the problem and we WILL resolve it, which is what I have done. Seems like once they have your money, they no longer care. Which is quite frankly a disgusting attitude to have. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great furniture, but please communicate better

The furniture we have bought from this company is absolutely fantastic. It is exactly as they describe and actually feels even more comfortable and looks better than it does in pictures. The delivery was expertly completed. Like other reviews here on this site, I do feel this company gets a bit of a bad rap and some of it is very unfair. However,I do see how they can get themselves in difficulty as the communication prior to delivery was not very well handled. I only had a response when I contacted them, when both the 4 week and the six week delivery estimates had come and gone. Sadly, until I threatened to pull my order, I had no idea of a delivery date, which they did keep to. No apology was ever offered for the lateness or for the lack of communication. Guys, if you could fix this small but really important issue of communicating with your customers, especially when they have had to pay in full, in advance, you would hardly ever have a complaint. Your furniture is absolutely wonderful, and terrific value for money and I would heartily recommend you. But please fix your communication
