Robert carried out the first service on our boiler that Shepley's installed last year. Very thorough service and some useful thermostat information passed on which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Prompt response to initial enquiry, speedy assessment and quote. Carl arrived promptly, removed faulty radiators with no mess and fitted the new ones neatly and with minimum fuss. Friendly, good conversation and regular updates on the progress of the Lionesses!

As always, Rob my plumber, has been very friendly and home conscientious. No issues at all.

The service was carried out promptly after the initial request with the personnel arriving at the designated time. Personnel were friendly and efficiently completed the task very satisfactorily at an acceptable cost.

Prompt response for annual service request after installing company did not respond. Punctual, professional, went above and beyond to complete commissioning log that installer had missed. Credit to their profession. Will use in future.

Robert was friendly and professional, turned up when he said he would and carried out our boiler service efficiently. Was respectful and took his shoes off in the house. Will definitely book for next annual service and really pleased to have found a reliable, local company (not always an easy thing to find these days). Thank you.

Arrived on time, efficient and clean. Polite and professional.

Just a yearly boiler service, but it's always a lovely experience. Derek and Rob are excellent at plumbing and heating, so knowledgable, and it's nice to sit and chat over a cuppa while they work (or in this case, wait for the boiler to cool down a little). Derek also hobbled upstairs to fix a sticking TRV, which has saved a separate trip. They've done all our heating and plumbing for years, and will continue to do so.
