Excellent service as always
My oil fired boiler decided to stop working just as the weather started to get cold. It’s the time of year when you expect to have to wait to get an appointment because so many people need to get heating faults fixed. I phoned the office in the morning, in the afternoon Derrick arrived to coax the boiler back into life. Thank you!

Excellent service and response. Phoned early morning due to no heating and Robert was there within two hours to repair the system (we're an elderly couple) We have relied on Shepley Heating for over 11 years and have always received excellent service.

Always Efficient
Shep was on time, he was very efficient fitting my gas cooker. He tested the burners then explained to me about ventilation when I was using the cooker. This was important as I have a very small kitchen. He is always charming, as I have used the company services before.

Lovely people
Had our 1980s boiler serviced a few weeks ago. It has not run so well as it is now. We have lived here for 13 years and it is the quietest we have ever known it. Also no fumes. Wish we had known about Shepleys years ago.

Excellent service from a very efficient family run business here in Banbury. I've been left feeling ripped off a couple of times by local traders with hidden costs etc. but I'm incredibly happy with the service I received and will be using them again.
