Our friendly team of fully qualified heating engineers specialise in Worcester Bosch boilers and can offer extended guarantees of upto 10 years. We are trained by Worcester Bosch, so our knowledge and expertise is always up to date. Our plumbers are NVQ Level 3 qualified in Plumbing and we are Unvented Cylinder qualified.

Great plumber, very personable and reassuring

We have used Shepley since 2023, after a very bad experience with another company Shepley is a breath of fresh air. Always helpful, always prompt and always reliable. Can’t thank them enough for getting the heating back on line after the latest self inflicted disaster!

Boiler service - very straight foward
The on line booking systems was very easy to use as was the on-line payment system. Good communications before the service. The engineer was very personal and quickly got on with the service. It was encouraging that he checked the boiler and the 2 hot water cylinders as part of the service. Report detailing what was cover in the service was sent by email the next day along with the invoice. Overall we were happy with the service and will use them again.
