Very impressed with professionalism of the work carried out including replacing gas pipe so promptly. Shepley Heating team kept us informed and provided clear documentation of each task carried out. Didn't ask for any deposit or payment until several days after the work was completed, which in itself is a testament to the confidence they have in their profession.

Shepley previously serviced my boiler and were very good so when it went wrong and i had no hot water or heating I called them first to see if they could help. Not being priority (neither elderly or with children) I wasn’t expecting a same day response but not only did they come out that afternoon but arrived exactly on time! They fixed the boiler despite it not being obvious what the issue was (had no issues since) and the charge was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Very easy company to deal with and most importantly they know their stuff. Had a couple of issue with our boiler after moving into a new property and despite the winter weather they have now got it working properly again. It took a couple of visits as it's outside but they always ensured that we didn't lose heating or hot water.
One of those visits they serviced the boiler too as it needed it because the last service didn't appear to have been done properly.
We can totally recommend them and will continue to use them whenever we need them. Thanks.

Another year, another service due and painlessly completed once again by Shepley. Excellent quality of work by friendly competent engineer (Rob, I think). No qualms whatsoever recommending this company who price their goods and servicing very competitively.

Booked the annual boiler service via the online App/website, which was extremely easy to use, I received an immediate notification plus a reminder 24 hrs prior to the visit.
Turned up as per the allotted time slot, extremely friendly, completed the service and provided some really useful advice. All in all excellent service and 100% recommended.

Prompt response to initial enquiry re a non-urgent but annoying problem. Plumber arrived at stated time and worked efficiently to make necessary repairs. Bill reasonable for the job.
