The bikini came faulty but they refused a refund and offered credit note or a swap. I didn't want this and after several emails back and forth I had to threaten them with Trading Standards. They then refunded through Paypal on 1 September and on checking my account on 9 September Paypal said it was "pending".
Another email to Sherbertlemons resulted in a refund coming . DISGRACEFUL !!

I cannot recommend this company enough!
From start to finish with their communication they couldn’t do enough for me!
After the delivery service losing my bikini they was so helpful in responding to me quickly and sending me out another in time for my holiday.. so of course I had to order one more to give my support 🩷
The bikinis are absolute beautiful pieces and so unique you would not find anything like them on the high street!

Absolutely amazing! I ordered a bikini for my daughter then decided it would be fun to get myself one to match and also for my 7 yr old! I made contact via insta and had a reply so quickly! Had two custom bikinis made too! Highly recommend and I shall be back soon!! Thank you for all your help and for our gorgeous matching bikinis 💞

Ordered the candy hearts bikini and IM OBSESSED. Fits so well and is the cutest bikini I own. Very well made and arrived within a week xx

They cancelled my order with no explanation after 2 weeks of purchasing.

Customer service was nonexistent. I paid for express shipping and received a dispatch email the next day however my order wasn’t dispatched until 2 weeks later. During this time I tried to get in contact through email and Instagram and received no response. When my order did arrive it was a different colour than what I ordered.

First time ordering from Sherbet Lemons and defo will be ordering again. The fabric and quality of the bikini is unreal!!

Absolutely love the dress I ordered it was the beige and brownish cut out bandana dress, I did message the page to ask for the dress to be slightly longer as I have a big bum so all dresses ride up so much on me!! They said that was no problem at all. The dress came within a week and a half and fits PERFECTLY! So happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend, I’ll 100% be ordering more clothes for festival season xxx

The most unreal outfits , fast delivery too !!

Wore one of the braided sets to a beach rave and it was PERFECT. The material was so soft and stretchy, dancing all night long was no problem. Also got so many compliments on it!

The nicest seller ever! Asked if I could change a style of top on a coord and there was no issues whatsoever. Came in the cutest packaging ever and responses were really quick. Will definitely buy from again💗

I ordered the blue beaded bikini set and when I received it, it was a completely different shade to the picture on the website. The one I ordered was a bright cyan colour and the one I received was a really washed out pale blue, absolutely nothing like the picture. I tried contacting them but they won’t reply. I checked their tagged pictures on Instagram and I saw people wearing the bikini ordered in the same colour as the one advertised, so it seems as though they ran out of that material and used a different one for mine as it clearly isn’t a lighting issue. I also paid £15 in shipping so I could receive the bikini in time for my holiday so that was completely wasted too.
