I ordered two of the same ski jacket in different sizes with the intention of keeping the best fitting and returning the other. Simply Hike have a very clear returns policy so I was expecting to have to pay the return postage. I suggested that as I had saved Simply Hike the cost of the exchange that they didn't deduct the postage from my refund and they clearly agreed as they didn't take the postage.

The item was competitively priced and delivered very quickly. I buy a lot of outdoor gear and will certainly use Simply Hike again. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and the service received.

Sadly, I can`t afford a lot of what they are selling, or they don`t stock some items I want, but they are very efficient, more than fair, and I would highly recommend this company.

Those people who run the firm know what they are doing! why ?
i bought a legendary Australian leather hat called Sundowner !! they are the only web site in Europe that actually have a video about it !!! I even send them e mail asking about a little detail about the dimension of the crown height of the hat !!they answered the next day. so you buy with confident !! the price was less than if you buy it from Australia 30 percent less , and also less than in amazon or eBay!! the speed of delivery is great , just 2.5 days from southern Britain to Copenhagen, Denmark !! I found the hat little tight i wore it for one day and then i returned it , order a larger size the same day i sent it back!! i received my new size L beloved Barmah hat in 2 business days !! wow !! 4 days later i got a full refund of the hat i returned !!what can i say except heartily big Thank you SimplyHike web shop !! I am very happy with my purchase and the other water/wend proof hate too that i ordered with the leather hat . I purchased a number of items from Simply Hike at great prices. I had to return one and the returns/refund process was extremely smooth. I would have no hesitation recommending based on product, price and customer service.

I returned a jacket as it was not the colour I expected which was my own fault. When I realised that the colour black was not available as Berghaus did not make that particular model in black I asked Simply Hike if they could send it back again. They did this without quibble at no additional charge! I needed the jacket urgently and Erin sorted through the returns stock to find my jacket. I received it the very next day. Superb service. I now have my jacket for my trip to the Hebrides. 😀

Recently had to return an item as it was faulty. I was immediately sent a prepaid return label and my concerns were dealt with quickly and efficiently. A total refund was credited to my account as they no longer stocked the item. Sad that the product was faulty but impressed with the way the problem was dealt with. Would certainly recommend the firm!!

Ordering with Simply Hike was fast and easy.
More importantly over a year later they assisted me greatly when it came to a warranty claim on a pair of boots. It was dealt with efficiently and I recieved a refund without any hassle.

I got a camelbak mule from Simplyhike several years ago for a great price. Couldn't fault the price etc and delivery was fast. Roll on to Jan 2019 and I notice the stitching is coming away on one.of the shoulder straps.
I thought about just repairing it myself but then remembered Camelbak's lifetime guarentee.
I thought, why not try, nothing to lose.
After reaching out to Camelbak themselves, I was told to go via the retailer, Simplyhike. From start to finish, Dawn in Simplyhike customer services dealt with things, kept me updated and was great. Simplyhike paid to return the item to them and dealt with the return to the UK Camelbak supplier.
In the end, Camelbak couldn't replace the backpack as it was an old model but issued a credit which Simplyhike passed onto me as a refund.
Simplyhike were great throughout all this. It took some time , yes, but they were just doing what Camelbak were asking of them and kept me updated all along.
Disappointed that Camelbak couldn't sort something but I've managed to bag a newer model mule for the same price so all is good.

We were let down by another company (E******GB) when ordering a rucsac for a holiday trip, so got a refund. Then with only 48hrs before leaving, we went to the Simply Hike website and they had the same rucsac to me within 24hrs (next day delivery).... great price, no hassle website, easy menus, great delivery in 24hrs (even though we live in Scottish Highlands and many other sellers refuse to deliver to us in 24hrs). Simply wont bother using anyone else in the future!

I purchased a North Face duffel bag, £20 cheaper than the next best price, on Friday and it arrived today, Monday. Excellent, easy to use website and order tracking.

I just wanted to write to say how completely thrilled I am with my new Didriksons Thelma Parka in Fushia. It arrived yesterday and is not only a gorgeous colour and the perfect bum-covering length, but has a completely brilliant and ENORMOUS hood. I’m almost willing it to rain now as I leave to pick up the children from school so that I can be smug and dry... Thanks for the speedy delivery too.

I purchased a tent in August 2017, due to weather etc, I didn't check the contents correctly until the May, and found there were poles missing, for those reading this, yes it was a pretty dumb thing to do.

Thankfully Simply Hike were on hand to give me support & arranged for replacement poles to be delivered by Outwell.

What could have been a very expensive mistake, turned out ok in the end.

Would 100% recommend these guys for customer service, aftercare & price.

I ordered a tent at a great price, but on arrival found the pack was missing some parts. The customer service was really excellent with a replacement arranged for the next day, allowing me to make it away on planned camping trip. I'd highly recommend this store for your outdoor equipment.

I cannot praise this company enough..I placed an order online over the weekend only to find that on Monday the item I had purchased had been reduced in a sale...sent a cheeky email to ask if I could have the item at sale price and received a reply straight away from Jack who said he`d be happy to oblige and almost immediatly refunded me the difference in price.
This is how internet shopping should be ...speedy and hassle free...I will definetly be making Simply Hike my first port of call for all my outdoor gear from now on..wish every company was this good.
Oh and by the way they sell quality kit at reasonable prices so goodbye GoOutdoors

I recieved an item from Simply Hike it was delivered very quickly, on opening my parcel i found it not to be quite right, i messaged Simply Hike and true to their word i was contacted well within 24 hrs by a lovely lady called Dawn i think she was either a manager or supervisor, Dawn dealt with my problem politely and amicably and was an excellent example of how customer service should be, all online shops should have a Dawn, i would highly recommend Simply Hike for their impressive array of goods and their hard to beat prices but most of all for their excellent customer service, Long may they continue.

After Go Outdoors let me down with deceitful offers and bogus discounts I started looking around for an alternative. This shop is fantastic. Actual genuine sales/discounts, not artificially marked up prices on "sale".

My order was promptly processed and dispatched. I will be getting my outdoor gear from them in the future. Very pleased.
