I ordered 3 items from Simply hike, all at competitive prices. Unfortunately I had to return 1 item as it was the wrong size.
Return was easy and free of charge. I completed the return form asking for the new size. I received an acknowledgement upon arrival of the returned item and I was then informed when the new item was dispatched.

I'm pleased to have stumbled across Simply Hike. They have a great selection of products at good prices and their website is pleasant and easy to navigate.

I contacted customer service on two occasions - firstly to find out some product information and secondly I had encountered a slight issue with the return of my product. Both times I received informative responses promptly and politely. It's nice to receive assistance quickly and in a friendly manner.

I purchased a product from Simply Hike. It was delivered promptly by DPD and I was kept well up-to-date re. delivery. Unfortunately it seemed as though the product was faulty but the returns process was painless, even more so as the replacement item itself had to be returned as it appeared to be faulty also. My only thought is that it would have been better if the replacement item had been checked for the problem before it, too, was despatched.

I ordered a Berghaus fleece at a good price. It arrived quickly, but turned out to be a little too small. Return for exchange was simple and the cost was prepaid. A replacement was sent promptly. In all, the service was excellent.
