Pick up wend fast and smooth.
I got an upgrade as a platinum member.
Car was great .returning was fast and easy.

Over experience was great a busy Easter Day all the major brands had 30 plus customers on line 3 people in line and the process was fast issued a BMW 2 series I felt great the kicker was the surprise fees for a quote $67 rental my final cost was was $178 more then double $47 for 2 liters of gas that’s crazy the other fees I get it so maybe double the price but $30 over double the price is extreme something to look at I honestly will use the service again but I did feel a bit robbed. The money is one thing but a customer shouldn’t feel taken advantage of it should all be up front any possibility of extreme charges the info on web isn’t clear on specific charges.

Recently rented at SFO and had great service. The check in staff were great, quick, and kind. Drop off was just as quick, easy, and friendly!

I got a rental at the DFW airport recently, and everything went smoothly, from the check-in process to finding your car in the parking lot. Best of all, I got the car switched to a different one that I really wanted, so thank you folks at Sixt DFW

We used renta car in Argentina for the first time. When we came to SIXT the car was ready. Our reqest at the begining was to have navigation. They said we will have to use phone and Google map. As our mobila data were off due to traveling reason the agent was really helpfull in preparing the ofline map and
Demonstrating how to use it. Je was very helpful and professional. All went smooth. I do recomend to tent at SIXT.

Returned the car March 28 2026 and I’m still waiting for my $1200 hold . Highly disappointed

It was easy from the start and above all no hidden costs. Car fleet at great condition and clean.

It was much easier process than we thought! We had a great staff who helped us getting the car easier, better! We got upgraded to a premium car - which also was a great experience - this was only to help us put all of our luggages and get on the road quicker! Highly recommended!

We were treated very well at the sixt office in Gatwick. The car I booked was not available, however they were nice enough to upgrade me to a better model.

The car was very clean and ready to go. The trip went very well.

Once the trip was done, we dropped the car off. After an inspection they let us know that everything was fine.

The whole process was great and I will be using sixt again for sure.

The best rental company I have used. Excellent application. Fast pick-up and return processes. Professional team with a nice sense of humour. The cars are practically new.

This was my first time renting a car and I was worried because of all the horror stories, but Abdel on the evening shift, made the whole process easy. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me clearly. I would definitely rent again from them. The employees are helpful and friendly. The cars are clean with no problems.
