There was a problem when we constructed the cabinet, both doors were for the same side. I contacted customer services to explain the situation. I had a very prompt reply and our problem was resolved very quickly. The correct door was dispatched almost immediately and dispite it being Christmas we received it within a few days. We are really pleased with our cabinet and very impressed with the customer service team. I would certainly recommend the company.

Terrible customer service, refusal to refund item, no suitable collection policy, no protection through Amazon. Avoid at all costs, not a company to buy from, Amazon said this company is under review.

I very very rarely leave reviews but Songmics really deserve one. After my order wasn't delivered due to damage, to be fair it had snowed heavily, Songmics customer service could not have been more helpful. Arranged a new delivery, provided loads of updates, were super professional and friendly to boot! Definitely recommend them and will buy again.

My issue was so quickly and perfectly fixed I was shocked. So often if there is something wrong with a product a full new one is shipped out which just feels wasteful. My issue was resolved with sending the perfect part to make my item work. I was so please. Thank you!

Ordered a set of three gabion walls, only to find two had arrived. One was missing. As soon as the company found out, they refunded the cost of the missing item as I wanted to keep the two I had. They did offer to refund everything and collect the two,but I was very happy with the two that were delivered.

I'm not convinced that is is wood, The drawer is fabric, not wood, or veneer. So extremely tiny, Very unstable and wobbly. wood surfaces will scratch/chip quite easily of not careful. Shows bigger in picture but really small. Not sturdy at all . Drawer can hold min weight as it's made out of fabric.

I broke a piece of my table when I was putting it together. The hinges also bent when I dropped and broke the piece. All it took was one text to customer service asking if I could buy the pieces that I had broken and they sent the pieces to me for free. The best customer service ever! Above and beyond what they had to do. And the table is awesome!

I bought and received your "2-Tier Bathroom Organizer" in Silver. It is a great product! This little organizer is brilliant. It holds everything I had on a 14 inch lazy susan, including quite tall olive oil and vinegar bottles at the front of the bottom shelf. Plus, the spices are easier to access without fear of knocking over taller items because they are elevated on the top shelf. It takes-up half the counter space, making the counter next to my stove more usable, plus the silver adds a bit of sparkle to an otherwise drab corner. This products design was very well thought out, right down to the leveling feet. Ingenious! You should change the name to "2-Tier Kitchen-Bathroom Organizer" Thanks for an intelligent, pretty, kitchen storage solution. That being said, I have a suggestion for you. I never received an email acknowledging the order, or giving shipping information etc. That was odd. Communication is paramount.

Loved the Umbrella. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. We did not receive the nuts and bolts however I called and within 2 weeks we had what we needed to complete the umbrella. It completed our pool area. Looks so inviting.

So far, everything I've ordered has been just as described. Good quality items at affordable prices. Nice styles and the large selection make it easy to find the right thing for the right place. Shipping has been quick and reliable.

So far no too happy- bought 2 chairs from Amazon - upon putting together noticed 1 component was missing where I’m supposed to have 2
Emailed them - got prompt reply but asked me for order number and seller
No problem I thought- screenshot sent clearly stating Amazon and number
Response was : they could not find my name etc and to supply sku and sellers name - really
So I took a picture of the box w labels and sent it back
Waiting for a response- this is ridicules
It’s a screw part of some sort if it wasn’t such an out of the norm item I would just go to a hardware store
Frustrated

Ordered an 8 Levels bike which was never delivered. Contacted via email, no answer. Uk based telephone number never answered. Opened a dispute with PayPal. Managed to find a German telephone number and spoke to someone who would investigate, finally informing me that they would post again but I would need to wait a further 15 days, when I had already been waiting 2 weeks. Refused to send 24/48 hours, refused to refund until I closed PayPal dispute. Horrible experience.

Had the wrong part of a desk that I ordered, got in contact with Songmics and they replied very promptly and immediately sent a new part. Brilliant customer serice, and great quality product!

Where’s my order? Can’t find a number to ring, all I’m getting on amazon is delivery date pending, it’s been pending nearly two weeks!!!!

Please don't purchase from anything. I had terrible experience with Songmics. I ordered good two weeks ago. Since they have not produced proper customs documents, shipment got returned back to them. I wasn't informed at all. When I called to ask, the customer service individual was super rude and asked simply if I want to cancel the order. Terrible service.

We order from them and they said its in delivery but it wasn't they gave us a tracking number which the delivery company was delivered the day we was post to get it it never left songmics please don't buy from them

I will say the first time that I purchased an item from them they were really helpful. I was in the process of moving and they were able to reroute my package to the new address. However, I went back to purchase more hangers and have tried 5/6 times within 1 week to purchase these items and every time I submit my order Songmics rejects my order. I have called customer service and got the ring around, she couldn't tell me if this item was in stock or not. Then tried to tell me I had to use a PayPal account to purchase the items, that didn't work. Now, another customer service rep emailed me and said the item I was looking for was available in-stock ready to purchase. I am not joking, I logged onto the website and it clearly listed "item out of stock". This is ridiculous and I will never buy from this site again. I am actually upset that I own any of there products now and wish I could return it all. Get your items elsewhere.
