Superb customer service! Item was faulty and it was replaced immediately! Fantastic product and customer service

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I ordered a product for my sons birthday. 2/3's of it arrived. Left feedback requesting the rest. Got an email that it was "Under investigation" and could take 10 days. Ok. Called and again requested more info after not getting it/hearing anything. They took notes and I was told it was considered lost and a new one would be mailed immediately. Was told to expect an email confirmation. After not having a confirmaiton 2 days later I called back. Turns out they were still "Investigating" and no package was sent. So the lady lied. After another email asking for progress, they said it would be here by the 6th. Nothing came. Tracking number didn't work. Called a third time! At this point I was so frustrated. The lady was telling me the same things. Well, I'll send it over and see whats going on. NO. I had to go through Amazon at this point and demand my money. After almost a month. I still don't have my trampoline (son's birthday is way past) and no refund yet.

We bought our 17 year old a desk for her room through Songmics, and we couldn't be happier with what arrived. The desk materials are high quality, it wasn't too difficult to put together, and the finished product is beautiful in her bedroom.

I have loved every product that I've purchased from Songmics. So far I've had fast shipping, quality products and easy to read instructions. On my last purchase, I misplaced my screws and thought that they were missing. I emailed the company and I received an immediate response apologizing for the error and offering a discount on my next purchase, with options for me to get the screws. Thank God I found them and I was able to respond back, but I truly appreciated the quick response and the fact that they offered solutions along with a discount on my next purchase for any inconvenience. Great company and customer service!

Songmics is certainly about customer service. I received a damaged part to a patio set I purchased and they not only answered my concerns immediately via email, but I had the replacement part within a couple of days! Good service is sometimes hard to come by these days! I very much appreciate it!

I have an entire apartment with Songmics Vasagle furniture. Never an issue in 3 years. I ordered a plant stand and wasn’t too pleased. They responded immediately. The asked for a photo not to make me prove anything but to let another department know there may have been an issue. Phenomenal service.

My entire experience was great. One of the items I ordered was found to be out of stock after I had placed the order. I received a personalized message from Bruce advising me of this along with three alternative, comparable products. I chose one in a reply message to Bruce, and within a day or two, I had my order. I received a message from Bruce again, hoping that I liked the substitute I had chosen from his suggestions. I did!! I would definitely recommend shopping here; I know I will be placing another order soon. Thanks!

Annie and the customer service was awesome! I have ordered a ton on-line and thought when one of the parts came damaged that I was just at a loss. Annie gave me options to choose from and handled my experience very professionally.

While I was constructing my desk I notice that the bottom rung was bent. I contacted Songmics and they immediately responded, sending me another part. It worked perfectly and my desk is wonderful. They are such a great company and I have bought, and will continue to buy their other products

I have gotten a few items from this website. I was very happy with the first item I purchased - very happy. An entryway table that needed to be put together - the materials were of much better quality than I assumed they would be because of the price. A sturdy, well made table at a decent price! It was delivered quickly and it was relatively easy to put together. Then, looking through their site I found a few more items and bought quite a few more. Still not disappointed in the least. There was even an issue with one of the parts and they replied to my email right away. Good quality, good prices, speedy delivery AND excellent customer service. Really couldn't be happier with my purchases.

So, I think it doesn't matter how many items a company carries when they struggle to get one item to me. I was given a tracking number that just shows "awaiting pickup" for 4 days now. Not acceptable, they sell some products through Amazon. Save a headache and don't order from them directly. You may or may not receive your item. I did not. Nor will they respond to inquiries. UPDATE: item eventually received. I have to confess: this modern day and age including Amazon has spoiled me rotten. BUT! Returning customers emails is important for that I leave off a star.

Customer service is non existent. And I literally mean that. Never answer the calls and they cut the call. Never respond to emails. No tracking on items available from the website so why have that option.
Ordered ages ago now and no response.

I ordered a 3-bin for my kitchen for general waste and recycling separation. There was an issue with the delivery, for some reason it was not delivered and returned back.
I contacted Songmics and they looked into it and apologised for the delivery error, and offered a refund or a replacement product to be sent. I wanted the item so requested another unit, which arrived with me the following day. Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend them. I also love the product too!

Prompt response when i reached out to customer service for shipping information. The product itself is impressive.
