Do not use Storage Giant Cwmbrân. Thought Will the manager was really friendly when we signed our agreement but problems started when we tried to end our contract.

We were told we had to give a minimum of 14 days notice when we signed our agreement.

Emailed 18 days beforehand and had a call from Will within 15 minutes asking why. We explained the situation and thought that was it.

A week before the contract was due to finish we had an invoice advising payment for the next month was due.

Went in to query this. Will wasn’t there so the lovely lady at the desk called him to query. He told her to tell me to ignore this invoice as it was sent by head office and no payment would be taken.

The lady told me that I should come in on the day the contract was due to end as I needed to sign a form (this was never mentioned by Will).

I advised that I might not be able 2 as I was attending coroners court that day and was told they would make Will aware.

Today in spite of promises made by Will, £204 was taken from my bank.

I go in to query this but Will isn’t there. They call him and he seems to deny any of the previous conversations and says I would have to come back to sort it when he is next in. Sorry Will but you should have someone in the office every day who can take control of these situations.

Apologies to the girl behind the desk this time as it was not her fault. She took the initiative and phoned the accounts department who said I could complete the form today and they would then refund the £204 plus my deposit.

Hopefully this will be back in my account in a couple of days. If it isn’t then Will is going to have a visit from a very angry customer.

I needed a fast and efficient storage solution at a reasonable price. Storage Giant Oldbury and in particular the very professional staff who took the time to explain everything in detail are defiantly the only place to go.
