We have rented an office in the Storage Giant facility in Swansea for over 2 years now and we also rent several storage units in the main building.

The facility is always very clean and well maintained.

The onsite team (Nick, Dean and Gareth) are also top-notch! They are always very friendly and polite. Whenever, we have additional requirements, queries or need assistance with our rented units / office they are on hand to help immediately.

Its an excellent atmosphere that makes our daily office environment much more enjoyable. The frequent friendly conversations and banter with the Storage Giant team (especially Gareth) enhance the already high standard of customer service that we have come to appreciate in our time as tenants in the facility.

Absolutely 10 out of 10 to the whole Swansea team!

Great quality storage with excellent accessibility. Lots of trolleys and lifts available. Staff very courteous and helpful.

I was assisted by Craig at the Oldbury branch. I had to take and make several calls while I was at the branch but Craig’s patience and support never wavered. He took a lot of care with going over different pricing options with me so that I could choose the best one for my circumstances. He laughed and joked with us, and was a general pleasure to meet and be assisted by. He answered all our questions and we left reassured we had made the right decision.

Only thing to note is that the website indicates that customers must provide their own locks. Because of this I bought one especially for my unit. The branch actually has their own locks which are included in the price of the units.

Excellent service from Dean and Nick .I needed and extra small unit to go with the large unit I’m currently renting nothing was to much trouble from these polite well mannered pair.

Nick , Gareth and Dean are always on hand to help, from ringing as soon as a delivery is in, any questions which I ring with, they're more than happy to help. Always greet me with a smile on their faces.

Initially had a really good experience with Swansea Storage Giant. Called today to tell them I would like to close the unit I have as its been empty for close to 2 weeks now. Was then told that I have to pay a 15 pound "no notice fee" as I didn't give 14 days notice. I find it unfair to charge someone "no notice fees" when last time I wanted to downsize there was a waiting list. To top it off I was then hung up on when I reluctantly agreed, but said i would be reflecting this in an online review.

I can’t speak speak highly enough of Dean, Nick & Gareth. Super helpful bunch of lads who make coming to the unit almost everyday a pleasure. Regular updates on incoming items to my unit, always on hand when you need them. Includes excellent parking facilities, the units themselves are well maintained and have had zero issues. I know my items are safe and secured with storage giant and am happy to be a returning customer year on year.

The area's top storage and office solution, with attentive and supportive employees who prioritise your needs and satisfaction. Very welcoming and warm environment.

Throughout my time with Giant Storage Dean and Nick have been very professional when dealing with them.When communicating with them the correspondence has been very swift and very Helpful and after my own experience I will definetely be recommending Giant Storage to others in furture.

Lovely and clean, the trolleys work, and it's great to have a lift. The service provided by Mantaz was excellent, and always with a smile.

The whole experience has been very good. From the initial enquiry to using the facility in Bridgend, which is clean, secure, lit and easily accessible with plenty of parking. We have been using the facility for a week so far.

Chris in the office needs to be mentioned for his clear explanation of how things work and his good customer service.
