Space Place

Made an enquiry here and dealt with Helen. She was informative, professional, personable right from the start.
Helen made the whole process easy and affordable and I ended up having 3 units for the foreseeable future.
The units were clean and the venue was clean, tidy and safe!
After 37 years of being in business I was pleasantly surprised at this Companies professionalisium and pleased to do business with them!
If you go to Telford and need storage look no further and contact Helen at Storage Giant on Stafford Park which is a minute from the Town Centre!

I must say we found the whole process excellant and Dean could not have been more helpful with the paperwork and other arrangements for us to take a unit at short notice . A very professional outfit

Head office unwilling to fix any of the light-fittings in and around my storage unit, despite being a customer for almost five years and despite them raising their prices year on year by some margin. I have been complaining in person and by email for over a year and today I have been told categorically that head office REFUSE to properly maintain the units and the branch. Hugely disappointing.

I had used the storage facility in Swansea a few years ago so, when I needed to hire a unit again Storage Giant was my 1st choice based on the service I had received before.
Dean, once again, made the whole experience simple and straight forward. Everything I needed to know was covered, questions easily answered. Dean has a friendly and helpful attitude which makes the whole process of moving house that little bit less stressful.

We needed to hire a storage room for our recent house move and the Cannock branch of Storage Giant was at the mid point between where we lived and where we were moving to, so we hired a medium sized room to store many of our belongings. We were shown the different sized storage rooms available so we could choose the right size for our needs. The sign-up process was easy and we were given a sheet to record what items were stored, for insurance purposes. After that we were able to come and go as we pleased, with our own key code to access. Jason and Becci were always friendly and professional and after we gave notice of our intention to end our agreement, following our move, they completed all the paperwork in a timely fashion. We had never used a storage facility before but would definitely use Storage Giant again in the future based on our experience this time.

I trusted this company and let my goods with them, and they approved someone else to empty the unit without my consent, without letting me know by phone or email.
I'm very disappointed

Hello, My Mum had storage at the llanelli branch and she wanted me to let you how pleased she was they the great service she received there. She recently moved house and was finding it very stressful and when she came to collect her belongings everything was explained and made very simple for her to understand. Thank you so much.

Very impressive facility and service. Chris Howells, on-site facilitator, was friendly, efficient and professional. Highly recommended!

We have moved out of one of the units, and Helen made it so easy with no fuss. She gave excellent service and would definitely use again and would recommend.

Storage Giant Stoke Bardolph Burton Joyce Nottingham.
The service which I have received since renting the space I required has been exceptional from every professional aspect. From meeting with Adrian, Dan and Scott day one to now four weeks later. Adrian and Dan have gone the extra mile each night I require additional assistance in a manner which can only be described as superb customer service and advice. My rental is for six months and I feel totally confident that my property is in safe hands.

Excellent customer service, so helpful from my initial phone call through to my visit a week later. Dean was so friendly, advised a better option for me than the one I had booked initially which was far more cost effective.
Thank you for all your help
Would highly recommend

Very straightforward and accommodating experience at the Swansea branch. Dean especially was extremely helpful with me while I was there. Would recommend.
