Storage Giant Bristol, avoid at all costs, they make it very difficult to get back your deposit back, they continue to charge once you have vacated the unit, they lost my spare key and most of the staff are unhelpful!! Avoid

Extremely friendly and helpful .Amy was particularly knowledgeable and such a willing worker .She took the time to explain and show us the workings of the storage facilities .Very clean and accessible units.

From the very first day I was made to feel welcome Ally was so very helpful getting us in to a unit and then we needed a bigger unit and kept in touch as soon as one came up. I would recommend Storage giant great prices wonderful staff and can't thank Roisin enough for her help with the paperwork.

We have been renting an office from Storage Giant for the past 2.5 years and we are very pleased with the service provided. Not only is the facility always clean, the staff are helpful. There is a large car park on site which is really useful for our staff who visit regularly.

Called in to the Cwmbran Giant Storage to buy some boxes and a roll of tape. the service from Will and his collegue Lewis was exceptional! great offer on buying lots of boxes, and as we are moving in a few months, we know where to store our stuff now!

I was recommended Storage Giant in Llanelli by my niece as I needed some to store my belongings during my Pending move to Llanelli. On the off chance I popped in on Sunday 18th December just to get a feel of the place. I was greeted by Courtney who explained the process, I was immediately put at ease and made my mind up to use the company to store my belongings. This was due the professionalism of Courtney who was extremely helpful and friendly, a credit to the Company.
