Strongly recommend Kingswinford branch, fantastic service from Bec, Chelsie and Steve

Rhys, Raz and Matt at storage giant are all a credit to the company. Friendly and polite and extremely helpful.

Everyone was so pleasant and a friendly team of people! Great place and excellent service from the staff including Bec, Chelsie and Steve we got most of our stuff moved from one storage to another in a day very exhausting but worth it! Thank you for the guidance!!

Having never rented a room before, I found this company easy to deal with and very responsive.
It was more expensive than I expected, but in the current climate, only to be expected.
Becky was very helpful when I paid a personal visit, pretty much covered all my base’s, easy to talk to, hope your house move goes smoothly Beks.

Helen was particularly helpful, friendly and polite. A welcome prompt and efficient service,

I met with Chelsie to arrange an initial 8 week rental. She was very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. She also had a great personality and a very welcoming lovely smile. It was a pleasure to be helped in such a pleasant and polite manner in this day and age.

This is the first time I have needed to use a storage facility. Dean could not have been more helpful in meeting my requirements, He showed me around the storage area to give me an idea of the capacity size I required. Also provided me with the boxes ready for my items to be packed into. Both Dean and David offered me any help and assistance should I need it. Well done lads for showing great Customer Service it was most appreciated.

I would recommend anybody in need of storage facilities use Storage Giant.
The whole area was very clean and spotless. Total Quality of Service!!!!!!!!!
Best regards
Mike

Ed and Hannah were really helpful. Thanks

Dealt with Helen Hannah and Ed. Always a pleasant experience.

I have had a long term rental with the Swansea branch for afew years now, had one or two problems which have been sorted very quickly, this is why i am staying with this branch, before coming here, i had been swapping storage places quite often. Also their opening times are very usefull unlike many others in the area, I have mainly had dealings with Dean and he is always very helpfull and very respectfull. He is another reason why i have stayed so long.

Good facilities at Swansea. Dean was very helpful and provided an excellent service.

Needed a storage unit quick and had the pleasure of being seen by the beautiful ROISIN DENNY at the Cwmbran branch. Great service quick and easy administration including a tour of the facilities to establish the correct size required.

Great service many thanks

Dean at the Swansea depot has been extremely helpful again. This is one of the main reasons I keep using this depot.
As always a great service thanks guys
