We used storage giant Telford and Helen was a massive help to us, very lovely and professional and was more than happy to answer any questions we had!

Will definitely use again! Thank you so much Helen and storage giant Telford xxx

FIRST TIME USING A STORAGE FACILITY, VERY HAPPY WITH THE GENTLEMAN IN RECEPTION WHO EXPLAINED THE WAY THE OLDBURY STORAGE FACILITY WORKED, BREAKING DOWN THE COST OF RENTING NOT HIDING ANY COST, WE VIEW THE DIFFERENT UNITS SHOWING ME THE DIFFERENCE IN SIZE, STORAGE FACILITY NICE AND VERY CLEAN.
THE ONLY ISSUE IS WHEN YOU HAVE TO LOAD & UNLOAD YOUR BELONGINGS IN THE LIFT YOU CAN NOT TRAVEL IN THE LIFT WITH YOUR ITEMS SO YOU HAVE TO EXIT LOADING AREA WALK SIDE OF BUILDING ENTER YOUR CODE TO GAIN ACCESS THEN WALK TO LIFTS TO COLLECT YOUR BELONGINGS.
APART FROM THAT I FOUND THE FACILITY GOOD.

Dean was very helpful sorting out a unit, transferred reservation to the unit size we wanted when initially only a smaller unit was available

The two customer person Craig and Chris were very fantastic, they explained everything how it worked and it was excellent storage Giant many thanks I recommend it to my friends and family

Introduction to how storage worked was efficient and professional. Roisin was polite and informative throughout the whole process.
If we focus on the process, not Roisin, the listing of items was the only drawback to qualify for the £1k insurance cap.
The lock purchased from “Storage Giant” was good value and robust enough for the job it needs to do.

Excellent customer service from the ladies every time we visit to view a unit and have finally just signed up. Place seems super tidy and the units are well lit which is exactly what we need. Definitely the best value for money storage unit centre in the area

Had a really wonderful experience here, the 10x10 storage units where the perfect size for my student summer storage, and the whole facility was clean and well maintained. The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially Kyle, Trevor and Johnny- will definitely be coming here again next summer!

Dean and the team were amazing - helping me move from one storage locker to another. Amazing service

The best around. Helen, Hannah and Ed are always helpful and always full of smiles. 100% recommend.

Can l say what great staff you have at Cwmbran Giant. So helpful but professional, well done to Will Garland, Gareth Jenkins and Roisin Denny.

Extremely helpful in short notice. Thanks Ed and Hannah.

Very friendly and very helpful, made my experience very easy and stress free

Great value for money and excellent customer service. Helen was very helpful😆

Friendly staff, step by step instructions on how to use locks and security code’s, sturdy lockup doors. Security cameras record in colour and sound. Trolley’s provided and cargo lift all helps with moving your items big or small. Plus the staff are always on hand. There’s also a bonus the buildings located next to a Police Station. Parking is excellent no matter the size of your Van.

Highly recommend very well organised and very friendly staff who are very polite and very helpful thank you Craig Chris and Nicola

Great service. Big thank you for your help Raz

I called into storage giant last Friday and I was served by Gareth.
He clearly explained the procedure to book a unit and explained the security checks and showed me one of the storage units.
I went back this Saturday to book a unit and Will filled out the paperwork and did the security checks.
I was shown to my storage unit which is very spacious and very secure and Will explained that trolleys are available for taking items to the unit.
The staff here are excellent and the facilities are secure and very convenient for loading and unloading items.
I would highly recommend storage giant if you are looking to store items short term or long term.

Fab service and excellent facility - both Gareth and Will in the Cwmbran branch were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

You can't go wrong with Storage Giant. We have just vacated our unit. All the way through everyone especially Dean has been so very helpful.
The storage unit itself is modern, dry, beautifully painted and kept pristine.
I throughly recommend anyone looking for a place to store things to come to Storage Giant. Thankyou all.

Excellent service today from Helen. Very efficient and friendly and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for storage. Helen explained everything in an uncomplicated way and nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you
